I assume you mean Mizzou being ahead?

That will work itself out with them either beating UGA then LSU could potentially beat them in a rematch.

What is more concerning are the teams with 1-0 losses between LSU and the CFP.

Does anyone actually care about the opening rankings? I remember when Miss St was in the top 4 and then lost like 3 or 4 straight. It doesn’t really matter

Not as much as those UGA fans saying "how dare us not number 1"?

One trick pony. You need a new stick, you’ve sucked that one limp.

Yep, and LSU isn't going to beat Alabama. So, they will fall down even farther on the list.

Nah, I think its fair and fine. We have disappointed a lot in the past few season. Seems like a very fair and not overhyped ranking.

You’re an LSU fan? Wasn’t aware Ole Miss was the defending national champs in any sport

Why would we? What does it matter? If you are not within the top six (maybe top eight if things break your way) then it is a moot point.

The can't come to terms that without EVERY SINGLE CONFERENCE having a 2 loss team, they have no shot. It's why the committee put them where they did.

Ole Miss basically ended their season as far as the CFP. Now, LSU fans wont care if they beat Bama. As like last year, it doesn't matter that they lose 4 games because Bama is their Super Bowl and other losses simply don't matter. The worst part is they don't care about beating Bama, they care about beating Saban. Period. Now, The committee doesn't care that you played FSU to open the season, they only care if you beat FSU to open the season and LSU got smoked. The CFP committee only cares about record. Not SOS. If they did then Cincy, TCU and ND would have never sniffed a CFP spot.
There are 2 teams that have a chance at the CFP and none reside in Baton Rouge. Period.

Wolfie, this is why you are in the very small minority of LSU fans since although you think rationally as demonstrated with your reply, you also know as well as anyone that LSU fans will melt about anything.
