I asked ChatGBT to tell me about koreandawg.

quote:

What fans like:
• He frequently sparks engagement—his replies often accumulate multiple upvotes (e.g. +7, +6, +10) .
• His posts are thoughtful and sometimes humorous, earning respect—even from opponents. He managed to land a compliment: “Good job” .

?? What critics say:
• Some members accuse him of being obsessively negative, especially regarding Alabama: “He is in perpetual meltdown … completely obsessed. It’s pathetic” ?.
• Others use derogatory language (e.g. “autistic response”), complaining his posts fuel no real debate ?.

?? Verdict:

koreandawg is definitely well-known—his posting frequency and the reactions he evokes make him a familiar figure. But whether he’s “well-liked” is divisive. Some appreciate his passion and wit, while others find him overly negative and repetitive. He divides opinion—and on SEC Rant, that means he shows up in nearly every conversation.

If you’d like, I can dig deeper into his recent activity or show highlights. Just let me know!

Pretty sad when AI thinks you’re a loser.

More:

Me: would you say he’s obsessed with Alabama?

Chat GBT:

quote:

Yes—based on his posting history and how other users react to him, it’s fair to say that koreandawg is obsessed with Alabama, at least in an SEC Rant context. Here’s why: ?? Evidence of Obsession: • Frequent Alabama mentions: Many of his threads and replies involve Alabama, even when the topic doesn’t require it. • Negative focus: He consistently criticizes Alabama football, Nick Saban, and their fan base. It’s rarely neutral or balanced. • Other users notice: Multiple posters have accused him of being “in a perpetual meltdown” about Alabama and even “deranged” in how much he brings them up. ?? What kind of obsession? It’s not admiration—it’s rivalry-driven fixation. Think of it as a mixture of disdain, jealousy, and possibly trolling. He’s not rooting for Bama; he seems to be driven to tear them down. So yes—“obsessed” is a fair and frequently echoed label for how he talks about Alabama. Whether it’s genuine emotion or a persona he plays up for attention is harder to say, but the pattern is clear.

IF OU claimed every championship, we would be probably number 2 behind Bama... OU only claims the ones that are 100 percent legitimate.

Ask them about ‘03 for Ole Miss

Ole Miss doesn't claim 2003.

A&M’s two titles they added to their stadium 90 years later are not on the list. I used your prompt and below is what ChatGPT said.

1919: Highly debatable. Dominant team but no contemporary acknowledgment. Falls among the more tenuous non-consensus claims.

1927: Mid-range defensibility. Multiple teams have arguments for that season, but A&M’s claim isn’t outrageous.

Have said it for years - wish Alabama would recognize AP titles. We’d still have more than anyone and the bullshite titles could fade away. 1941 is a black eye, there’s no way to spin it.

I also don't get it. By claiming a few stupid ones it just makes most people outside of Alabama just know they make up titles and have no clue what the real number is. I don't know how many Bama actually claims and I don't know which ones are real or fake but I do know whatever Bama says is certainly just made up and way too high.

If you just claimed real titles that would never be the case.

6. Alabama – 1934

This one is valid.

All the others are not, so I'll give it a 8 out of 10 for generally recognizing which ones are invalid.

The 1941 title was claimed by many. Several teams were ranked number one depending on who ranked you. Minnesota claims it but they played 3 less games and because I think 6 of their 8 wins were against losing record teams they didn’t get the full support. I think even Texas was ranked number one as well in the end.

Kentucky's 1950 natty is completely legitimate. Oklahoma tries to claim it......well we beat them. Our lone loss that season was to Tennessee, who also tries to claim it, lost to a 4 win Mississippi State team. In no world using any common sense would that title go to anyone but us.

It's always struck me as weird that you claim that title with two losses and most polls had you nowhere near no. 1, but don't claim the one in the year Notre Dame and Michigan St. tied. Where's the logic?

Because mythological means what it says. You play the game with the rules of engagement and move on. If we start using logic and common sense, after a hundred years of a beauty contest is just as fruitless.

I do think that Alabama’s 1941 claim is the most dubious. They have enough titles, I don’t know why they try to claim one from a season where they finished #20 in the AP.

It is absolutely a ridiculous claim, especially when 1945 is sitting right there and we don't claim that year. But honestly post-1934 we shouldn't claim any year where we didn't finish #1 in at least one major selector's poll.

Legit titles for Bama:

1925
1926
1930
1934
1961
1964
1965
1973 (marginal as we were only UPI champs, but still acceptable)
1978
1979
1992
2009
2011
2012
2015
2017
2020
