One way is legal, the "another" that A&M is doing is not.

So offering lineman 50,000 to come play for your team is legal?

When you are done answering that, show me where A&M is doing something illegal. And if you link the coach in the OP, you still got nothing. Keep dreaming though.

So we gonna get an official thread in the Burning / Swamp style? We need a title.

Jimbo or his coaches did not do anything wrong

Legal NIL case was decided by Supreme Court. Players are allowed to be paid

NCAA nor SEC have NO legal teeth in this. NIL is basically protected by US labor laws. But go ahead, sue us. Saban wanted to make it look like it was illegal, dumb frick.

Sue us, whomever

Every judge will strike every lawsuit without merit

Texas A&M bought the players just like Texas bought Ewers and Manning. Neither Texas A&M nor Texas violated Texas state laws. NCAA nor SEC have NO legal teeth in this.

Until US congress acts, Texas state law applies

Sue Texas A&M

Sue Texas

Sue Texas A&M

Sue Texas

Sue Texas A&M

Sue Texas

Only Saban is allowed to buy his recruiting classes. Try to keep up with the Rant.

I believe the nuances being argued in this thread relate to recruits versus already enrolled student-athletes.

I don’t think you understand that the main thing people are calling out A&M/Jimbo for is not using NIL, but for how A&M/Jimbo acted after Saban told the truth. Now this proves that Jimbo was full of crap when he had that emergency press conference the day after Saban’s comments.

Jimbo owes somebody a public apology…and someone should slap him upside the head while he’s apologizing.

Oh he wont say anything here. BUT

If he does he will attack Bryce's deal while he was on campus or how God recruited. How A&M's library, culture and barbecue is enough to seal their signees...half of those being 5 star recruits.

How it's an insult to the players families that A&M promised high school kids millions before they signed

Jimbo is laying low right now. A&M is doing what SMU did in the 80's and getting sloppy. Everybody cheats but you gotta have that in a small inner circle and that circle has to be committed to being silent and leaving no paper trail. A&M is headed down a bad bad road that is going to dismantle this program for years. SMU bragged, A&M is bragging. Not good. you wont hear from ole Jimbo on this now that a staff member has proven everything that Saban said,....and dozens of other coaches across the country said off the record....was spot on right. Nick didn't make this shite up. It was all over the place...including the A&M beat writers.

You don't think the media understands how NIL works? You think Jimbo needs to explain it to them?

Jimbo is a lying bitch and then had the nerve to request Saban be suspended. He wasnt defending players he was covering his lying arse because everyone knew what was going on.

Good point, the media realizes Aggie is cheating too.
