Nothing to explain at all. Boosters and others BUY those suites. Individuals and companies can do what they want with respect to NIL money.
You are either ignorant, obtuse, or both.
If LSU suite holders did a big NIL with a recruit then Kelly could say the exact same thing and be correct and not telling a single lie.
LSU would not have bought and paid for anything.

How will Jimbo explain this to the media?
It’s a fact that players have made money through NIL. Nick bragged about his quarterback. Lamborghinis are shown off on twitter. Everyone is letting recruits know they can make money one way or another.
However offering lineman 50,000 to play for your school is an inducement.
No money was offered. No deal was signed. And no class was bought. That would be against Texas law.
So the coach stated a fact. Next.

It was Nick who said he’d never bought a single player.
But this LSU board LOVES to suck that Alabama dick.

Jimbo gonna be so mad that a bunch of sliced bread posters on the Internet are talking about his cheating again

Should we say "induced to sign"? That better? That makes it legit?

One way is legal, the "another" that A&M is doing is not.

Wow, the dude literally committed a violation on camera.
Yikes.
Yikes.

i realize the TV revenue that Texas and A&M bring to the table but mark my words, getting in bed with these two is bad for the SEC and will end up causing more division in the SEC than anything else the SEC has done the last 50 years
They've all but destroyed the old Big 8 and the Big 12 and I don't think the SEC will enjoy this partnership and not because of competition

Nothing brings this board together like taking a shite on Jimbo and A&M.

Saying the rich people up in the suites will pay out a lot in NIL dollars isn't an enticement, it's just stating facts. Other schools use NIL just as we do.
That is very different than publically saying here is what we will pay for you to come here, or specifically saying here is your gaurentee for X/year if you come play here.
Baw doesn't know the definition of "enticement."

The NCAA does not allow a representative of a member school (boosters) to be involved with recruitment or offer an inducement to a prospective student-athlete in exchange for the signature with the member school. NIL collectives can not be involved in the recruitment process.
Cool.
Show me in the video where a booster made an offer to one of those prospective students.

Speaking of poor, have you seen A&M's record against the SEC West?

I saw no money being offered in that video so nothing was none illegally. Only facts were stated. And if you are going to call that an inducement, than what would you call Saban telling the whole world his quarterbacks make millions of dollars.
Had the coach said something like come play here for 50,000 like they were doing at t.u, now that would be an inducement. Sorry to burst your bubble.

I've seen the video numerous times now. It's a big nothing ... Miami is offering players specific amounts, as are the sips in Austin
We are simply saying you can make a lot of money here. So is everybody

Wow.
Aggies are desperate to spin this.
Do you need me to explain the differences to you?
