Quote:OU will beat them by 3 tds. And Texas wont score 21 pts on them. Auburn would hold them to 14 pts easily. And win a close one. A&M would beat them by 2 tds easily. Bama, or Georgia would hold them to 10pts and score 35 on them.

I don't think they should rank teams until October myself. Media needs something to hype though.

It always amazes me in here that when a SEC team other than your own beats a high ranked team, that team is suddenly garbage, and over rated. Knowing damn well if your team had just done it said team would be great.

No more amazing than every team LSU beats suddenly becoming the '85 Bears.

It is what it is.

IMHO TX is a good team but was grossly overrated, they get the same old name boost every single year and fall flat on their faces, we will have to wait and see how it all shakes out in 2019.

My 3 top pick:

- Loss to UF
- Loss to Ms ST
- Loss to Bama

Nah. Just hoping to score some points on Bama this year. We are “rightfully” excited about our offense. Sorry that it offends you.

Grossly. Please give me the 20 teams that would be favorites over Texas on the road.

If they are grossly overrated this should be easy

Rationale you say.

- Does Tx have a run game? Let's start here and see if you answer truthfully.

- What was TX ranked last year in Redzone vs this year?

Just those 2 will do

Texas is currently the 120th ranked defense in the NCAA. Their "dbs" are woefully inadequate and have been that way since the Charley Strong years regardless of their "star" rankings. I think OSU and OU will roll their punk asses because they have good coaches and can simply outscore Tommy's boys. OU could get really ugly.

Well why do you think they suck so bad?

They finished with two top 10 wins last year.

More than OU.

They beat OU and Georgia.

To say Texas isn't a good win is just you being you.

Your are on a really bizarre personal crusade today to yell from the rooftops on the SEC Rant that Texas is absolute garbage and LSU is basically the 5th or 6th best team in the SEC today.

I mean your opinion goes against the Vegas odds that were set months before the season starts (only losing to Bama) and definitely against what most of the National talking heads are saying today but all that not withstanding— it’s gonna be ok man— I promise you it is.

You can rest easy— Bama is still the best team ever and you will most likely get back to the NC for the thousandth time this year. That’s why what your doing on here today is just sort of odd and makes you sound really really mad.

Why not relax and just enjoy the season? You do realize
LSU will actually get to play all the teams in the SEC you guarantee will kick their arse? You don’t have to try to prove it to us in theory— they actually play each other at some point this year. Just relax bro you need a beer or something ?

You realize LSU put up as many points on Texas as OU did last year o
in either game.

LSU didn't play last years Texas team. They played this years Texas team.

Totally correct. All we have to base it on is the most recent game though.
Which was last year.
Not the same team but not totally different.

Considering OU's D is also trash, they aren't kicking the hell out of Texas unless Texas shits the bed.

its going to be another shootout with no defense.
