LSU is basically a free community college for instate kids. The academic standards are ridiculously low and well over 90% of the students are heavily subsidized by the state to pay their tuition.

Tulane is the only college or university worth a damn in that state and it’s no coincidence that it’s the only private one and has by far the highest percentage of out of state students.

Tulane isn't the only private school in Louisiana.

LSU is one of several colleges that I attended: BS Math Tulane, MS Math Rutgers, PBUG Premed Univ of New Orleans, MD LSU New Orleans, Residency UCLA, Fellowship Mayo Clinic, Wife LSU School of Nursing BSN. None of our daughters attended LSU; they attended Vandy, Duke, Notre Dame, Tulane, Wash U in St. Louis, and Stanford. All with degrees and grad/professional school. I call them my four Ferraris,

I transferred from LSU petroleum engineering during the crash to a top 15 school (without a football team) according to US News rankings. I guess this makes me a super LSU fan?

I had to go to BR to pick up my GED one time. Took a high school correspondence course through LSU. Counts.

Chicken editing my posts. Sad.

No! What is really sad is your pathetic cry for attention and validation. On second thought, maybe it's your bitterness and resentment. No. Maybe it's that you're just petty and can't accept reality.

Believe me, we understand. The greatest coach that Ole Miss has had in 60 years left and took his mojo (and offensive staff, front office) with him. It hurts to be jilted and the uncertainty of Pete Golding as your head coach scares the shite out of you. Face it. No major program was banging down the door to hire Golding as its next head coach.

You should feel good that Ole Miss emptied their wallet on keeping most of your roster in tact. Further, the fix is in to get the injunction to let Trinidad play in 2026.

Further Ole Miss benefitted from the withering criticism Kiffin received upon leaving. You got a lot of comfort and pity. Think of it as media equivalent of pity sex.

See, it's not all bad.

Suicide rate among Ole Miss fans is gonna lead the nation soon if they don't seek professional help.
fricktards like ManBearSharkReb are miserable with their lives since Lane Kiffin left them for better pastures. I'm afraid that many of them have crossed that line into insanity!
Dudes and dudettes: it's football! There are more important things in life so please love on your kids, love on your wife and get rid of the hate!

Graduated in 2000, sat through some of the worst football in the 90's. This is such a stupid take though, many of our fans eat, sleep and breathe LSU....born and raised that way. Definitely doesn't make them any less of a fan than me. It's also pretty funny that some mid 50's prick kept turning around asking our section what year we graduated when we cheered for our Tigers early on at the game this year.

Does Lsu Alexandria, eunice, or Shreveport count? How about the Med Schools in north or south Louisiana do they count?

Yes, they count. They're part of the LSU System.

Bama has the most Sidewalk fans and it isn’t close. Go cry about them.

There's probably only a handful of posters here that were bama fans before saban got there. And the rest didn't jump on that bandwagon until after saban's first season there.

OM fans don’t like African Americans unless they’re playing football so black Col Reb is offensive to them

What’s sad is you not admitting you miss Kiffin. Get ready for mediocrity again.
