He's a clown.
But, clowns are entertaining.
He does his job pretty well.
However, Yucko the Clown was a better entertainer and would be better as the resident clown on ESPN.

I still don't like him. The best part about McAfee is the field goal section on GameDay where a student tries to make a kick for $$$. McAfee is generous with his money and in his element there.

I think he’s a great balance to the other stiffs on the panel.
He’ll always be a legend for starting up STTDB on GameDay not once but multiple times.
