Jackson State wasn't happy the way he left them

He did complain publicly J State was taking his money. He was already donating over half his salary back for upgrades for recruiting. He was selling out games and was told he would get a cut, the university was telling him there were only 20k tickets sold on his cut when there were more people at the games. Then he had to put up with his players in Jackson losing water for week, moved them to hotels on his own dime. He overcame a lot of distractions there, had more room to be himself at Colorado.

I’ll never understand how his school ran out of water at Mississippi or why they shut it off.

Exactly.

I think it is because a lot of his naysayers are just simply racist.

Not a hater, just calling a spade a spade.

Their bowl game is the first game I watched and they looked like shite.

Will Muschamp had this.

He's a top recruiter

He has the #38 ranked recruiting class.

and plays in a soft conference

I'm not sure why this matters other than to lessen the value of his wins.

He will be challenging for college playoffs every year now.

No he won't. He didn't challenge for it this season and is losing his best players. They finished 23rd behind Army.

OK

Actually I hope he gets the FSU job so he can run them into the ground.
They're already in a pit, how much lower could they possibly go? At some point they'll poke their heads out in China.

Guy took a crap team and made them good. Matt Rhule is praised for that here, Deion isn’t.

Hmmm wonder what the difference could be

If Prime gets a better offer, he is gone.

Prime is about prime.

Because Jackson, Mississippi is the armpit of the universe. It's horribly governed. They're so incompetent they forget to bill their residents in order to maintain a potable water supply.

He brought Colorado some recognition but not a good football team. They are undisciplined and poorly coached as a unit. He was able to make a team that could score on big plays but as a team they were not unified.

Or people who can't stand incredibly egotistical people who use race and religion as covers when they're under the gun.

If you're of a certain age, you have memories of when the arrogant prick was playing pro sports and constantly in the media. He's a very unlikeable man for those who value humility as an essential trait. His kids were clearly raised to follow in his footsteps...whichever team drafts that kid is going to seriously regret it.

At a certain point you guys need to stop with the pro athletes who are the best at their craft have to be humble to be liked. You guys are on your own there.

The reason Sanders is getting all this attention is because he is black. He made a decent recovery of a bad team in a bad conference. A white coach wouldn't be getting the same attention.

Jordan wasn't humble.
Gretzky wasn't humble.
Shohei isn't humble.
Scheffler isn't humble.

These guys let their abilities speak for them but show humility when others discuss their greatness. They're not walking around talking about themselves in the third person, touting their own greatness, expecting to be treated different because "I'm Scottie Scheffler!".

Dude is an absolute clown. As a father of two boys, if one of my sons had fricking New York Giants cleats made to signify he's the number one pick and pasted that shite all over social media, I would smack my boy upside the head. Deion? Idiot encourages that clownish behavior.

Because the majority wouldn't love to hate him so much. It's polarizing. Most tune in to see him fail; while the rest are hoping he proves the haters wrong.

Not sure, but seem to recall he was a phenom at FSU and the Dallas Cowboys. Maybe that too..

It was nice seeing the BLM Buffaloes get worked yesterday. Lots of sad faces on the CU sidelines. Beautiful.
