No. Maybe a mini rant rivalry kind of like we have with Mizzou. But nothing substantial. It can't be forced.
After twenty years with Arkansas we still don't care about each other at all. The schools are too far away and have no history.

How many rivals does Aggie want? Their last one with TEXAS was pretty one sided. 3 for 15 is pretty terrible. 70 somethin to 30 somethin lifetime, who wouldn't want to be Aggies rival?

Does anyone else find it ironic that the Aggies are supposed to be rivals with the Cocks? It's kinda like the Romeo and Juliet of the SEC.

Probably never... it'll get tense, like it did this year with all of the off field stuff. These are two very passionate fanbases with a lot of state pride.
Our hate for A&M will never reach the level of hate that we have for Clemson, our true rival. Our rivalry with Clemson is so much more than football. It started off the football field.. that school was literally founded to spite USC. Bad blood like that comes after decades of hate.
I don't even see it reaching the level of hate that we have for UGA.
It's a proximity issue. I actually like not considering A&M a rival. It's a change of pace from all of these very eastern, deeply southern SEC East schools. A&M is just a different culture than what we have over here and I'm looking forward to visiting one day.
