How hilarious will it be if Kiffin wins a natty or five?

Lets face it, The Lane Train is on an unstoppable collision course with destiny.
Dare I say we are on the precipice of the greatest run in College Football... nay World Sports History!
Toothless Bama sidewalk fans Ole Miss Dumpster Program fans will be gnashing their teeth as Big Lane eclipses the legacy of both Nick Saban and the illustrious 2024 Ole Miss Gator Bowl World Champions.
My only regret is that LSU is going to be the beneficiary of this generational run.

Lane always finds a way to frick it up. Either by following the "analytics" or just choking outright. LSU bought fools gold

The man has always seemed to move on to better jobs progressively.
If he always fricks up, he sure does seem to impress bigger and bigger programs.

It is all about NIL now. If you are funded well, you can win. If not, you have no chance now.

Most coaches do that. Lane went from NFL hc to UT and then USC hc to Bama OC to Fla. Atlantic so he is not one of them.

Yes it is.

It will be a glorious triumph and a restoration to the college football world order we knew before Nick betrayed LSU nation to make Bammer a dynasty again

He has been a HC since 2009. What would really be incredible is if he finally won a power conference title

If you ignore that his first head coaching job was an NFL job before he got fired. And you ignore that he was fired at the airport mid season at USC. And you ignore that he spent 3 years in the middle of his career as a coordinator trying to resurrect his career. And you ignore that Nick Saban fired him. And you ignore that he spent three years as head coach of FAU. Yeah, ignore all that and it looks like that.
All you need to do is ignore over half of his career for this narrative to work.

We know. You had your face in Lane's lap when you thought he was taking the UF job.

This is what I love about tRant. Holding LSU's head coach to a higher standard than your own.

Is it true that Lane Kiffin is the only current top 10 highest paid college coach who has never been head coach in a CFP game or P4 conference title game?

Lane will not win a natty. He’ll probably do a Southern Cal flop again..

He has coached at places that have won National Championships. Yet he has none. I'm sure LSU is different though.

If he hasn't won the natty by year 3, I think he should be considered a failure.

Seems like either you're ignoring the fact that Bama hired him after all of that or you don't think his Bama job was better. Kiffin clearly thought the FAU job was better than Bama.

Heupel has been a HC almost half as long as Kiffin and been in the SEC two less years. Are you dumb or just ignorant?

How much of that time could he have truly won a power title?
FAU isn't a power conference, USC was ineligible for postseason play for most of his time there. Ole Miss hasn't won a conference title in over 60 years.
