How have my homies been doing?

I haven't been on much, been pretty sick since the week before Christmas. I saw we hired App State offensive coordinator but tbh, I really don't know enough about him. Maybe some of you do? I would appreciate it.
I'm in a health battle right now but I'll be checking in on my baws. Hope everyone had a great Christmas. Oh, it looks like Bama and 10Rc are legit in basketball. Just saw the latest top 25. Auburn looks pretty good and aTm is better than I thought.
Naturally my Dawgs can't buy a basket. Good defense which is what Jans is known for but he didn't inherit a boat load of talent so it's gonna take us a couple of years.

It's all good. Now I want to send a message that will divide everyone here. If you smoke, please stop. It screws your long and gives you heart disease.
I had to stop drinking beer some years back just to quit. I thought after a month I was good, then a grilling get-together, a few beers and I was asking for cigs.
It was actually harder for me to quit drinking than it was to stop smoking. A very smart lady who had dealt with this stuff told me I would need to stop drinking for 6 months to a year. After that cigs would smell so bad that I would not want one.
I did the one year deal and been a long time since I had a cig. I drink about 1/4 the time I used to. I guess the purpose of my story is please quit smoking. I want all you baws around long after I'm gone. ??

Man, I know we pull for different teams but I've always thought you had good points in your post. I hope that you have a miraculous recovery and continue to provide excellent post!
