This is really it. There is not much you can do until January.

This is still Tennessee.

The state is growing. Talent will contribute to flow in. Phil Fulmer is in control and he needs time. So does pruitt.

Fulmer's last few years in Knoxville were similar to Les' at LSU. Mediocrity with a few flashes or glory but it was time to go

Apparently it wasn't.

At this point they need to go out and hire an experienced coach who's won a lot of games and be patient. No more up & comer types until you can get the team completely reset. Give the guy at least 5 years to rebuild the culture and it will set them up for a better long term hire.

They are going to need to use some of that SEC Network money to invest in a solid football coach plus solid assistant coaches. It’s time. They have been down forever

hey should be going after guys like Mike Gundy,

Gundy has used 3 TN job offers to leverage himself some massive raises at OKST. We better not offer him again

One of their players on tweeter actually posted a video laughing about GSU collecting their check from Tenn

Saw it on Volnation...that's just so little fricks given if a player on the team isn't absolutely embarrassed by that game.

Step 1 Tell the Haslams to sit down and STFU. You can still write checks, but you don't get to call the shots or have conditions attached to them.

Step 2 Phire Phat Phuck Phil. In case you haven't noticed, he's maneuvering to get back on the sidelines. Pruitt is one more performance like Saturday's from being fired and Phil naming himself interim replacement which is what he's been aiming for. He's stabbing the program in the back for his own gain.

Step 3 Have the new AD pick up the phone and call Ames Iowa or Louisville Ky or Pullman Washington and don't take no for an answer.

They need to clean house, from top to bottom. Get rid of the entire athletic department leadership and work down from there. Kick out the meddling boosters, it’s not like they’re funding stadium renovations anyway. Saban had to do it at Bama before he could even begin coaching.

I guess it was their decision not to play Alvin Kamara a few years back.

Tennessee needs new leadership at the very top.

They still have an interim chancellor after firing the last one over a year ago and she only lasted a little over a year.
LINK

They keep hiring idiot Athletic Directors who in turn hire idiot coaches. They still think Doug Dickey is the model AD, and Lane Kiffin is the model coach.

1. Burn down Neyland stadium
2. Collect the insurance money
3. Invest it all in cryptocurrency
4. Sit back and watch the paper stack

First thing you do is stop digging.
