So you have rather lost to Alabama and won against Vandy, than win against Alabama and lose against Vandy? I wouldn't. Especially since it's not like Vandy is a terrible team this year and it's an obvious let down game. We saw what both teams were capable of against good competition they've prepared for. No way in hell am I trading. But you do you.
This is cable news worthy spin and coping at it’s finest.

Why isn't Bobo riding Beck's arse to make sure he's ready and prepared?
Why does Bobo call bonehead plays with some frequency?
Why aren't they working to make Beck read quicker, and check down before lobbing a square peg into a round hole?

Get over yourself, we look like shite more frequently than we have in the past, but we’ve won two of the last three titles and were ranked in the top 5.

That may make you feel warm at night, but sans a worldwide pandemic, it hasn’t fed the wife and kids since 2017.

This kind of thing is so common there is a term for it. The letdown game
It’s so common for the #1 team to be embarrassed by Vanderbilt

What has that to do with what I said?

You’re looking for answers that aren’t there. Bobo, who I like more than the average UGA fan, had an offense with a Super Bowl winning QB, a 1st rd RB, a 2nd rd WR and multiple NFL OL, but couldn’t manage a TD at home against South Carolina and cost us a shot at a national title. He also had one of the school’s best offenses ever with Hutson Mason at QB. He isn’t suddenly going to become something he has never been 10-20 years later.

Bama squeaked beat a UGA team that didn’t show up until the second half - that’s how.

And, when they beat LSU for what the 12th time out of the last 14... will the plea still be "but MuH Vandy.?"
It’s no plea . It’s a fact! You may or may not beat LSU that remains to be seen. However , you will always be the #1 team that got Mercy Kneed by VANDY!

Anything you can do, we can do better

Simple. Georgia isn't that good this year and likely has at least one or two more losses this year. Alabama was overrated and is not that good either. Vandy absolutely kicked our butts for 60 minutes. There are no excuses. Vandy won and won easily.

Reading their press clippings
Coaches not game planning well and then refusing to change what you’re doing when it’s not working. Bama has not blitzed once since the first half of the Georgia game. They weren’t switching out of coverages and fronts to create any confusion. This was as badly a coached game as I’ve seen since Dabo whipped Sabans arse in the NC game

Bro, UGA didn’t lose to Vandy and UGA is ranked higher than Bama. Against Bama, UGA had four turnovers, an unforced safety and were subjected to multiple Prayer at Jordan-Hare type plays. Yet, UGA only lost by a possession with its last offensive play ending in Bama’s end zone. It was a regretful loss to an inferior opponent, but a mere blip. Losing to Vandy may be the impetus for setting back Bama’s program for a decade.
Devil his due but UGA also came out in the first half in typical half assed prepared fashion and did not show up until late in the second quarter. Had UGA done that against a Nick Saban coached team the outcome would have been UGLY....no way Alabama starts running trick plays and getting untimley penalties with undisciplined BS like they did against UGA. Debeer and company did a far better job of getting Alabama prepped but there seems to be some discipline issues at Bama that did not happen last year and the Bama coaching staff did not make in game and halftime adjustments as well as UGA. UGA suffers from a sense of entitlement....slow starts will get your arse whupped on the road in the SEC. That combined with Smart and the entire team shitting their pants whenever Bama is on the same field is how. Alabama is not as good as they looked in the first half against UGA and not as bad as they looked all game against Vandy. Georgia may well be as bad as they looked early in the game....at least as bad to start slowly as they looked. They have done it in all but one game this year and that was a rent a win. They were a little better against Auburn but still did not come out with their foot on the gas like they needed to do after the debacle in Tuscaloosa.

UGA has won two of the last three title and still has the coach who won them. I don’t really need excuses. UGA just had an off night where they turned the ball over an uncharacteristic amount of times leading to a one possession loss on the road to a worse team. It happens in conference play.
Sounds like Clemson fans a few years ago. Time to accept your fate.
