Again- top 5 classes not rare for texas one a new coach first full cycle or an established coach doing above avg. 18 and 19 were top 5. 12, 11, 10 etc were. Texas always going to get top 10 classes unless they mail it in.

Add 5-star players Demond Demas (2020), Jaylon Jones (2020) and Baylor Cupp (2019) and that's 11 wins by your 6th grade Michael Moore logic.

Wow so you have all that talent and still top out at 8-4 every year?????

SAD!

These LSU fans are awesome! I use to love the banter from horn fans but they finally got smart after 10 years of complete disappointment. Plus, loving to Kansas is almost uncoverable.

But LSU? They take the cake!

I love how we keep getting referred to as 8-4. Yet, what was LSU's record last year? Oh and the year before it? They would be happy to have gone 8-4.

So shut your stupid holes, Tigers. At least come up with some lame insult that you can actually back it up. What jokers and it is only gonna get worse with Kelly.

LSU owns Aggie, a better program in every facet.

What is there to back up?

Haven't y'all been pretty terrible the past few years? Losing to bad teams like Kansas? Weird coaching there as well the past 10 years: a midget, an autistic, and now a drunk. I wasn't impressed when I went there for a game with my LSU buddies. Stadium was subpar and lots of homeless people milling around.

“ They’re doing it, you know, the legal way unlike lil bro Aggy.”

You have no idea what you’re talking about. Freaking Cajun inbred.

Texas is a classic example of when guys with money think they know football. Another good one is Jerry Jones. They had some success decade(s) ago and keep pulling the same slot machine looking for the same pay out but it never happens.

100% incorrect.

Texas football has been straight garbage the last 12 years because, while we have had some quality skill position players, our offensive lines have sucked. Texas o-line recruiting has been terrible.

Because of NIL money, we just brought in the best o-line class in the country and one of the best o-line recruiting classes of all-time.

However, we didn't bring in any o-linemen via the portal who can contribute right now. Sark is doing things the wrong way. We will have a 6-win season and a lot of these kids will leave. I hope I am wrong, but I doubt it.

Your public stupidity on display. How many teams can lose their starting QB and most of their offensive line and still only lose 4 games in the SEC? In contention in all of the losses until late. LSU can’t win over six in a season since Burrows left.

UT did it a little different than the Aggie$$$. There financial backers set up some 501C's which the Horn boosters donated Money to. The 501C had some "volunteers" and maybe a CEO to run it (take small salary) and this 501C paid money to players to perform social work and charitable works around Austin. Maybe go visit a Senior citizens home, maybe go help one day with Habitat for Humanity and build/repair houses, visit a local school and tell kids to focus on studies, etc, etc.

I think another angle was to get local Waffle Houses or something like that are Franchises of Horn Alums and their OL got money to promote those establishments, etc. Like each one got $50K.

Enough HS guys are getting a bonus to sign with the Whornes that they do so with the plan to portal to a real program as soon as possible, plus they don’t have to work out or practice at the Whornes....

Nothing legal about that at all. It's public and blatant as well

Texas signed a great class considering their woes in the Big 12. They addressed their major needs at OL but still have a long ways to go with only two 5 stars and lower ranked 4 stars. Hopefully Sark can address the defensive side in 2023 while he patches holes with the transfer portal.

But unless something is seriously, seriously wrong (cough, cough LSU) they should always have a Top 10 class.

The biggest issue is their decade long inability to develop the talent and win in the Big 12.

Better figure it out QUICK or the ejection button will be hit again by all their meddling boosters. Good luck Sark! I feel for you.
