Could go either way? On the on hand he has a kid and is getting good projections. On the other his family is loaded + whatever NIL would be in play. So prob less a no brainer than 3 years ago...

Interesting hire given the narrative around Jimbos offense being too slow and plodding.
How is his offense going to work with the talent on hand anytime soon - aka a glass QB and a terrible OLine? They also just lost their good TE; he likes to run 2 TE sets and had a line full of RS-SR's. And...
