Has this info been released? Is this the same apartment where the gun was found in Quinnerly’s room or are there multiple apartments involved?
Did Miller or Bradley drive them there or help hide the gun?

Is there anyone on their roster who wasn’t directly or indirectly involved in the murder?

Don't you think that if this was even suspected that they would have been charged or under investigation?

I was under the impression that Miles and Davis didn’t have a car and needed a ride from Miller. Is that not correct? Is it not reasonable to ask if he drove them to the apartment after the murder?
If it was someone else, who and why did he need a ride so badly from Miller if he already had one?
I’m just wondering if this was covered in the preliminary hearing or other info that has been released.

Someone with the time and money is gonna go thru the transcript. I don't think it'll be too long before it's public.

It's interesting for sure that this information is missing.

It's hard to keep track of all the accessories

If there was sound logic, he would’ve been charged for, you know, providing the weapon.

I think the only thing we can assume is upstanding Brandon Milller, while only in the vicinity to be his friend's uber, immediately turned around at the first instance of gunfire and proceeded to drive home safely (no texting or looking at phone). He more than likely then began studying for class Monday and did a little film-watching for practice.

That’s probably right. Someone should email his lawyer to confirm.

And then exonerated by the evidence.

So do you know who drove them to University Downs Apt after the murder? If it was Miller or Bradley, does that give you any pause about your unwavering support?

If it was Miller or Bradley
If either Miller or Bradley drove Miles and Davis away from scene, it would absolutely mandate charges. Unlike the still uncertain level of knowledge that Miller may or may not have had as he drove to the scene, if he witnessed a shooting and proceeded to act as a getaway driver, then there is absolutely no grey area.
Given how black-and-white that reality is, it is impossible that such is the case and Miller (or Bradley) is still a free man.

quote:So let’s say it ultimately comes out that:
Potentially, yes.
1. Brandon Miller delivered the murder weapon to the scene
2. The murderer retrieved the weapon from Miller’s car and Miller was present for a conversation about there being a bullet in the chamber
3. Seconds later the gun was used to murder someone, and
4. Miller drove Davis and/or Miles away from the scene of the crime
What are your thoughts under that potential scenario?

He wasn't exonerated though. The only reason was that they apparently don't know a crime to charge him with since they can't prove his state of mind

Miles told the dispatcher, and later police, that he was at the apartment when his friend - Davis - showed up with a gunshot wound.
Miles said he didn’t know where Davis was when he got shot or how it happened.
In later interviews, the detective said, Miles said he and his girlfriend picked Davis up downtown after he was shot.
Finally, Culpepper said, police told Miles that all of it was caught on surveillance video from the Houndstooth Bar and it was then he admitted to being there during the shooting.
EDIT : Incorrect - part of Darius' lies.
