The idea that someone could have witnessed the shooting and drove the shooter off and still remain uncharged is tough to process.

The girlfried doesn't make any sense, because if her car was close by, why was Miles texting Miller for an hour asking to be picked up?

Exactly. Those are the two points I’m driving at. There may be a good answer. I’d like to know it.

so worst case is Miller was both the gun delivery AND the getaway car driver

Honestly, it seems more likely that they fled on foot for a while and then called an Uber.

Where was Miller coming from when he went to pick up Miles?

It wasn’t University Downs. It’s 10 minutes away.

Downs to Quick Grill or vice versa at 2 AM is only 10 minutes if there's a train. Trust me

According to the attorney's statement, he had dropped a friend off and was headed to Miles as previously planned.

Don't you think that if this was even suspected that they would have been charged or under investigation?

In Tuscaloosa?? I have serious doubts.

I think fleeing on foot could be likely, but I suspect they called someone they knew and could trust rather than an Uber. Not going to risk an Uber with a couple of gunshot wounds.

Agree, but we're talking about a guy didn't realize there were 750 cameras in the area where he decided to help his buddy murder someone.

I'm not sure they had a great risk analysis set up.

From what it sounds like, the GSWs were mostly superficial.

I thought 1 was superficial (hip maybe?) and 1 relatively significant (shoulder?). Could be wrong.

He wasn’t coming from University Downs when the doorbell camera captured him. Someone else finna get drug into this mess. Miller’s lawyer probably neglected to tell them they would make the message boards at some point when the lawyer requested the footage.

Another question. If they thought Miles only needed a ride, why did Bradley and Miller both drive over to the bar?

How did they communicate with Bradley? Semaphore maybe.

Pretty sure only one person took the gun from the car,
pointed it and pulled the trigger. Under Alabama law that's about all that's needed. There doesn't appear to be an attempt to cover up anything that would violate lawful practice.

It’s even a bit more confusing because Bracket was already there and walked by the Jeep at the exchange of words prior to the shooting. He was there with a car already. Potentially so was Miles’ girlfriend.

Well, you’re wrong. Miles and the shooter got into the car and Miles gave the shooter the gun there. That’s why Miles is charged with murder.

Has this info been released? Is this the same apartment where the gun was found in Quinnerly’s room or are there multiple apartments involved? Did Miller or Bradley drive them there or help hide the gun?

Yeah man and Oats actually loaded the gun before telling Miller to go do the weapon drop.

Oats reportedly said, “be sure to tell them to miss your target and hit an innocent person”

Despicable.
