Thank god we stopped playing Hatcher so much, he's fast but man he got burned quite a few times.

there was, in effect, group prayer on TD
that Hatcher would not play so much.

Well, then you don't hustle. I've seen plenty of big Bama LBs dragging tail this season and not flying to the ball. The Tennessee game (at home) is an excellent case in point. Compare the way the Bama D played against Tennessee with the way the LSU D played against Auburn and you will see what I am talking about.

You are NOT going to win this game. Get that in your head.

Otto, we always disagree on the Poliboard, but I like your take on football.

Just goes to show that there is at least one thing that can bring us together.

This ain't last year bro.

True! however, Alabama's O-line is the same except one guy. Bama could not run on LSU last year, and they will not do it this year. bro.

I'll bet the tiger rant will be down after the game. I don't blame you guys for being confident but Bama is the best team this year. Defense wins championships bro and our defense is better than yours.

Tennessee was in your backfield the whole first half and was shutting down your running game with a bunch of freshmen and sophomores. They gave out because they don't have any depth and you took over the game.

It wasn't because you were uninspired. They beat you at the line of scrimmage for the entire first half.

Hey, I am not by any means downplaying the LSU D. It's a great defense, not on Bama's level but a very ,very good defense capable of dominating a game. Not many teams want any of that D but Bama has the size and players to run the ball against LSU, it's the passing game that has me worried. We'll run the ball and use the short passing game cause the LSU secondary ain't gonna let much get deep for sure. Our biggest advantage is that we have a very big and physical defense capable of stopping the run of LSU. Bama has the best defense in America.

Overconfidence is such a wonderful thing ... especially pre-game for you and your team.

Can you post a link to the Alabama team's measurements, similar to the one posted for LSU here? I've been wondering about the size of those goliaths yall have running around back there.

I also noticed that out of everyone listed on our team, we have only 20 seniors, including mostly backups. I did not realize how young we were.

Your defense was better than LSU's and Auburn's last year. How did that work out for you?

Doesnt matter how much bigger your oline is compared to our dline. Question is can they get out of their stance fast enough to slow our dline down and stop then from filling the holes.

A better question...

"how nifty are the Bama OT's?"

Your defense was better than ours last year too, but our TEAM was better and we beat your TEAM.

Bama fans don't get this. You beat up on mediocre teams all year and you don't understand how LSU is putting this together. You can't explain why we are averaging almost 40 points per game against 5 teams that were ranked when we played them.

Your team of robots will not be able to match the energy/intensity level that LSU is going to bring as we feed off the hostile crowd and punch you in the mouth.

You don't understand what is about to happen to you. We aren't Penn St.

Trent quit last year after what 1 quarter in just a reduced backup's role. LOL
