Hurts was definitely not the reason they beat Clemson

I know. But you're not going to start someone else after that game either.

It really wasn't an issue until the long dawg summer occurred.

Now, looking back, it became an issue.

I think UGA would have done better against him had he started the 1st half. It probably would have still gone down to the wire and been a 1 possession game. It was a big adjustment to switch from Hurts style to Tuas style after halftime. Very gutsy move by Saban. It also opened up some lanes for the freshman RB. He got some BIG gains on key downs.

I just think they would have been better off seeing him from the start and have more time to make adjustments through the 2nd qtr and at halftime. I think he had thrown for around 120 yds and 2 TDs in the second half. The other 40 came on the final play against a busted coverage. Granted, he threw a dart right on the money but it would have been hard to miss that throw with a guy streaming wide open.

Just think it’s one of those times that UGA would have been better served had they had a half against him before going into the 3rd qtr.. Outcome might not have changed but this blowout talk is troll material.

It's mostly been either alters, bandwagon fans, or shitty UGA fans who just discovered the Rant causing this.

Most UGA posters who have been here a while have been normal.

You would've gotten blown out because Bama's defense was leagues better than OU's.

That’s a wash. Y’all don’t score as much and neither do we.

Just going to throw out that bringing up the "halftime adjustments" in a game where you gave up 48 points doesn't really add to your point.

Oklahoma raped Georgia in the first half offensively, that's the idea of this hypothetical of 1st half Tua

Gave up 38 offensive points. 31 in 1st half, and 7 in 2nd half. Clearly, as seen in the Rose Bowl, effective halftime adjustments can make a huge difference in the outcome of a game.

Sorry, man. What is "causing this" is a lot of fear and jealousy. OP is Exhibit 1. Quit running UGA fans down like a bit**

No one is dissing Hurts. Tua is just a better quarterback.

Bama had open receivers for most of the game. Tua would have hit those in the first half and BAMA D would strangle UGA in the second half.

UGA #14 was the MVP for BAMA... I hope he got a Charger for that game.

BAMA has broken UGA several times in the last decade. This one was extra special and I enjoyed the way it played out... in their own backyard.

I guess Bama will find out how good or bad Tua is soon enough. Hurts will sit out, get is degree in December and transfer to another school with 2 years left to play. What IF Tua gets hurt or finds out the lucky horseshoe from the NC game is not in his arse anymore? The trophy is in Alabama's trophy case. Game is over, 2018 season is about to begin.

please. You would have been down 20 at the half rather than up 13, and you would have folded like a card table.

And none of this changes that it is going to be a cake walk through the East and we are going to be in the same spot at the end of the regular season as we were last year

I’ll run down whatever bitches I deem worthy of a run down. Most new UGA posters have been shitty and need to shut the hell up. We don’t need a different thread every few days that covers whatever runs through these posters’ shite-filled minds.

OP is just lashing out at all the low tier trash talk brought in by our new posters.

Also this website has a profanity filter. Turn it the frick off.

I wonder how the game would have turned out if those blind big ten officials had not have missed some damn many calls. Offsides on Georgia when the player clearly was not, facemask that everyone in America saw except the official closest to the play. Just to name two.

I know, I know bad calls even out and officials miss calls all the time but damn all of the bad calls and no-calls only went one way.

I give credit to Ala, they hung in there and won it in OT.

I still think the game plays out with Bama winning but I dont my think the margin of victory would have been that much greater. I think we see a cleaner more efficient offense instead of a one sided affair like the first half.

Sorry if I confused you. I didn’t play on the 2017 UGA football team so I wouldn’t have been down any scores.

Are you one of those poser clowns that take credit for a football teams accomplishments? I bet you are. “We” this and “We that.” LOL
