So ive noticed more and more people are wearing new aggie gear everyday (some so called "texas" fans started wearing aggie caps)
Is this normal for auburn//bama, missippi//ole miss, etc? or is it just texas?
lets be real, ive never seen more texans gear in my life till this year; texas used to bandwagon cowboys

Its is comparable. They are both in the mid 20k range. Bama in recent years has passed Auburn in student enrollment.
Both schools have seen fairly rapid growth.

I'm convinced people in FL have rotating UM, FSU, UF shirts for whoever's on top. Especially for UM down in Miami.

Tell me about it Landshark... Here in Memphis all the locals are UM Tiger fans when it comes to basketball but their favorite football team is literally based on that week's AP top 25... It shouldnt piss me off so much but I rocked my OM gear when we beat a Tebow led Gator team in The Swamp and while we were going 2-10 season before last... Champ chasers have always been a pet peeve of mine.

Auburn bandwagoneers came out the woodwork in the year of lightning in a bottle, even in adjoining states.
Alabama bandwagoneers have existed for years. Reference A-Day game.

There are definitely more bandwagon bama fans. I don't think it's a stretch to assume there's more bandwagon fans for a program having more success.
Isn't that what a bandwagon is.
I agree about the state being full of bandwagoners too.

There are all kinds of Bama fans now in the metro Atlanta area. These were the same people that were "ALL IN" a couple of years ago.

LSU is either loved or hated by it's residents. No in-between so not much bandwagon jumping

I'd agree with that. For the most part, I know a lot of people that are casual "fans' but don't claim to be born LSU fans like a lot of bandwagon teams.

I will say that for a while there in the early 00's you couldn't find a fricking script A anywhere in this state or Mississippi.
I can't drive fricking 10 miles now without seeing one.
