Place has been empty since halfway through the second quarter bruh.

It’s been a blowout since then abs it’s storming. Bryant-Denny wouldn’t be full either

So no 11 o'clock games for us because it's too damn early. And no night games for you because it makes you guys stay up beyond your bedtimes.

I'll take it.

Want to shake on it?

It started raining at 8:35pm and folks started leaving at 10pm. The game was over when LSU went up 14-3.

It was only 80% full at kick-off. Factor the time, shitty opponent, and rain since 4pm, the fans didn't stick around.

I was there. It was crappy weather for the most part.

LSU fans have gotten soft and it's not what it once was. I expect the early mass exits except for the biggest of opponents now. It's the new routine.

What's going on at Bama though?

From CBS Sports:

SMALL CROWD

"There were thousands of empty seats for the Tide's latest blowout, and only a fraction of seats in the student sections were filled. Official attendance was a near-capacity 101,471."

At one of the greatest levels of winning ever and thousands of empty seats?

It comes down to the score. If LSU is blowing out a team fans are going to leave. That’s fine that’s their decision, they spent the money.

If the game is close fans will stay.

You guys built up the myth of Death Valley at night. As with most, the reality doesn't hold a candle to the myth.

Well it’s opponents who built up the myth so blame your own players and old coaches.

Idk. It’s embarassing. Extremely disappointing. Then again, we were playing a cupcake last night.

I agree, it's disappointing to see, but the game was well in hand last night when the exodus began to be honest. And, it did rain all night. It wasn't a pouring rain, but it was steady and never stopped.

Fans of this day and age, especially students, are not heavily invested in the game. They come to the game for the party and leave the game for the party.
