Tuff in the bluff, SHHS.. Lake Charles has, and always will be fools gold. The award for a parents job well done- kid goes to McNeese. Have higher standards if you are raising a family.

This isn’t just affecting the residential market. The commercial market is getting hit also, including multi-family / apartments. There are 3 new apartment job sites between LC and Lafayette that lost many of their framer/laborer crews. I currently have 11 local multi-fam’s in my project list currently under construction, with 6 to start in next quarter.. Major GC’s claim to hire only legals but do they? There is only so much trade labor and a large percentage of that is illegal. Simple math says new builds and all projects slow down. How slow will depend on the money of course.. This purge needs to happen but sucks for new construction, legit folks that earn a living in the industry, and ultimately the economy. The upside is maybe we can get all the unemployed, welfare drawing, homeless legals to get off their arse and work for a living (could not stop laughing while typing).

Interesting that Sofia Falcone and Selina Kyle are half sisters. Selina appeared to be one of Oz’s girls in The Batman. Does Sofia survive the Penguin series to make it to the next movie and meet her sister?

I just beat it. I did the purification ending, beat all bosses except Isshin (saving him for new game).. My last two games beat are Lies of P and Sekiro. I’m feeling like a Gamer God :lol:

I’ve done a full 180 on my Fromsoft game play. My first game was Bloodborne which I started/stopped for a 2 yr period. I hated it until it clicked and learned dodge attack. Became a FS fanboy. Then having to learn parry / block absolutely sucked, not my play style. Till beating these last two games..

All that to say I am torn on picking up my Elden Ring play b/c of upcoming DLC. I’m about 1/2 way through w/ a very strong samurai bleed build but have not played in over a year (got bored). I think I want to NG Sekiro but part of me wants to finish ER. I can’t parry in ER so would have to go back to dodge.. Ugh..? Going back to just beat Sekiro mindset :lol:

What is the box suit case symbol thing in the stargazer, next to hotel Krat? I’ve talked to every NPC at Krat but can not find this side quest.

Oh and Champion Victor is still a huge a-hole. I could have leveled up numerous times for the amount I spent in consumables in order to finally beat his arse :lol:

Opinions on 2010 PreRunner double cab V6 w/ 150k miles. They are asking $16k. I’m also looking for something for my 16yr old. Should the 150k miles scare me regarding maintenance / reliability?

Just got mine back from PlayStation for same issues. Playing Elden Ring with a left controller drift really, really, sucks.. If you have had it less than a year they will repair / replace. I had to send it to them in Tx on my dime, but they repaired/replaced. So far so good..
