The second phase...there is no good way to work it during this season.
The whole west side is being torn down and a new one will be built in it's place.
I wonder if they will use demolition charges or physically knock that beast down. I wonder if charges could drop it correctly without it hitting the Zone or the new South stands.
It would be fun to watch though.

The are definitely having an implosion (on Dec. 14, IIRC), but I think the lower deck will be done by wrecking machines since it doesn't have far enough to fall to really break it up good, and they will want to be a little bit careful near the field and remaining stands.

Are they going to be continuously working on Kyle during the season? Or are they going to shut it down until the last home game?

Is LSU planning anything with the other endzone?

Apparently they are also doing a ton of pre-fab work for the suites and such for the West side now so that once they start construction they can just put it in.

We've heard suites but it won't be for a while (if they end up following up with that plan).

Not this decade. They just fixed up that whole area with a walking plaza and a nice new coat of paint. Also just upgraded the scoreboard.
Plus, we have the locker rooms, mike's cage, and the PMAC entrance on that side. Lastly, that's the best looking part of the stadium, so it'd be a shame if they covered that up as well.

New Texas A&M locker rooms, players lounge & barbershop to be unveiled at 3 PM today.
Have seen bootleg pics and it makes the stuff Urban Meyer tweeted look like a yugo.

The north endzone? Not that anybody knows of. The lockerroom is being renovated right now. Alleva has said something about trying to more concession and restrooms out of the old dorms but that are such bad shape they make North Korea look like a 5 star hotel. Plus the cost of asbestos removal.

There have been rumors that Alleva eventually wants to put box suites only above the NEZ, (no rows of seats or upper deck), and construct the supports for the suites so as not to cover up the roman arches style of the NEZ or obstruct any of the NEZ plaza renovations and improvements.
The NEZ box suites would add about 2000-4500 more to the current capacity of 102,321.
The reason this might eventually happen is that there is and will still be a demand for box suites from individuals/groups/companies/
sponsors, and the fact that box suites are big money for the Univ. and would pay for itself.

When Coach Sumlin shows the 5* and 4* recruits this, it will blow them away.

Aren't they still trying to sell the ones they just built? I know there was an ad for single game suite sales.
