If the basketball team operates in the black I don’t see how that hurts LSU’s academics. Having really successful football and basketball teams increases enrollment and donations and I would assume helps the university but I never worked in that sector.

Mayors used to be smart businesses men and would steal just enough to get rich in their community but would also create and improve infrastructure. Now it’s people that couldn’t hold a job in the private sector that steal in front of your face and dare you to hold them accountable and we don’t.
That’s a pretty bland looking building but I do like how they incorporated the restaurant into it.

It was but Skip started the bad uniform trend. To his credit he created the best uniforms. Smoke had a few successful seasons then the wheels fell off and Paul came in and brought excitement and success. Not Jay Johnson success but he went to a couple CWS.

Society went from being courteous to everyone thinking the world revolves around them. If you have a connecting flight that you need to rush to that’s fine. If you just want to cut the line for no reason you are probably a terrible person. We used to live in a high trust society with decorum. Now it’s trashy selfish assholes.
It’s the equivalent of the Harlem globetrotters. I don’t understand why people love it but more power to them. The one thing I like is football fields turned in to baseball fields and vice versa.
Last nights 3 OT game was really fun to watch. It’s incredible what Will Wade did to a program that has been dead for years.
They will be fine.

Exactly my thought, imagine the cost associated with sending troops to a foreign country. The war machine isn’t happy. I’m not saying I agree or disagree with what’s going on but at least we aren’t losing soldiers and spending tons of money sending them there to die.
