Future Ole Miss Football Schedules | BLOG: Rundown of Future Schedules

OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss and Cal will play a home-and-home football series in 2017 and 2019, the schools and ESPN announced Thursday.

The Rebels, who have never played a Pac-12 school in football, will make the roughly 2,150-mile trip to Berkeley, California, on Sept. 16, 2017. It will be the westernmost game in Ole Miss history, surpassing the 2011 trip to Fresno, which was the program’s only other visit to the Golden State.

The Bears will make a return visit to Oxford on Sept. 21, 2019.

Future Ole Miss schedules also include exciting matchups against other “Power Five” schools such as Florida State (2016), Georgia Tech (2022, 2023) and Wake Forest (2024, 2025)."

Wonder if there could be a movement to cancel the 2019 return game by the fanbase?

If South Carolina had been dumb enough to schedule this school, I'd gladly do what I could to get this game cancelled. Make petitions, get petitions signed, hold bake sales to ameliorate the financial penalty.

But let that school and it's fans (do they have any?) stay where they are.

Why would you want to do that?

That's the sort of thing that authoritarian, leftist statists do. If you are truly against those things you were be happy to play them and invite them to come and hang out and have fun and lose a football game.

If you just want to act like them you'd do the same shite they do : whine, sign petitions, beg to not them come, cancel things solely to make yourself "feel better".

I'm wearing my specially embroidered "The South Will Rise Again" rebel flag bandana and a shirt that says "frick the NCAA and the OP"

Ole Miss should wear the all gray uniforms for this special crowd of liberal left wing fanatics.

One of the most shocking things to Ole Miss fans is going to be the apathy towards college football out there.

I'll bet that most fans who go out there will say that it was the quietest stadium they have ever been in.

Just go eat food you can't get in MS, go hear a band you can't hear in MS, and have a great time

No way bro, I don't want to associate or interact with those people who refuse to associate or interact with people like me. They're intolerant!

The best way to "win" against people of that nature is to show up, be kind, be engaging, have fun and kill 'um with kindness.

I don't quite understand how more people haven't figured that out yet.

It stood for my tribe.

The only people I owe any loyalty to, or expect any from.

So you don't owe loyalty to the United States? Only to the "Old South"?

Those type of people are only confident when in large groups. Unless a Rebel walks into a protest I bet they won't have much to say. They'll probably just retreat to a safe space and talk about their traumatic experience.
