Don't make the same mistake we made. Alabama is better than you at every position except kicker. They can not be beat. Don't think for a second that you have a shot in that game. Because you don't.

LSU and Georgia are the next level below Alabama in the SEC hierarchy and there is a Grand Canyon sized chasm between us and them.

Better worry about AU, they still have that fantastic front 7, and apparently the offense improves every week.

Honest evaluation of Georgia vs Bama by AUCE05
UGA is fighting for 3rd place if they were in the west.

Probably for 2nd place.

AU or No AU we still play Bama. The AU game can only change our personal goals for the season. We still have a pretty young team and if we lost to AU we would be at a place where our guys are in a good spot to learn before next season. Playing Bama is a good experience for the team is the way I’m looking at it. If we battle AU and lose and battle Bama and lose then it will show us what we need to work on before next season. That said, I like our chances vs AU at home.

I think Georgia gives Bama it's best game, but it still will be something like 34-17.

UGA lost to LSU. You really want to hop in this never ending circle?

Sure. Aren't you the one thtaw anted to compare our game with you to our upcoming game with Alabama?

Do I think we can beat Alabama? I would be absolutely shocked. No, I don't think we can beat them last year.

Now let's address your logic. Did LSU have a bad game against Florida? Is it possible that Georgia had a bad game against LSU?

LSU had a great game against Georgia and you deserved to win. We can admit that and say it. I haven't seen any LSU fans say that Florida deserved to win their game against LSU.

Our guys problem is control. Shall we call Punter even?

Doesn't matter in this game. We won't win based on the punter. Alabama just has the horses this year. The only team that can give Alabama a game this year will be Clemson, imo. I'm not sure they can, either, though.

Our OL is better. See our run totals vs LSU

Yeah, especially if your argument is that your backfield is better than Alabama's, I'm not sure you can make this argument.

I would say Alabama has the edge in RB's right now and Georgia might have the edge in OLine or it might be even.

I would not base it off yards against LSU, though. We stopped running the ball, for whatever reason.

But I would have a hard time arguing which OLine or RB's were better.

Tua is probably the biggest difference maker. Hard to believe some people were arguing against him this past offseason.

Bama has an advantage pretty much everywhere except for maybe RB and DB. They will win by a couple of touchdowns.

This isn't "woe is me, Alabama is my daddy," this is just simply an all-timer of a team.

We would have to play a perfect game and I still don’t know if that would be enough to beat Bama.

I think Bama is better but that loss last year will provide a lot of motivation.

Doesn’t make sense at all on paper, but I just think we give them a good game. UGA tends to relish the underdog role.

That being said, 35-24 Bama. Very close for a half.

Hope the bulldogs have plenty of ice ready for those ice baths.

Bama rolls 44-7; Tua pulled early in the third.
