If Herman is not successful in the next two years, they will be irrelevant for several more years.

And they better hit a homerun with the next HC they hire.

Wouldn’t surprise me if they hired Aranda away from Baylor if he has a few good years. Not sure that Aranda would WANT to go to Tejas, but it’d be one of the smarter coaching moves they could make. Young guy, cerebral. Doesn’t kiss his players on the mouth. Checks all the boxes, really.

We’d love to play ’em, I know that,” Herman said. “I know that at least I know within our program we would love to play Texas A&M, certainly.”

Lol... I believe him. I think the programs would love to get the game scheduled. Unfortunately, the Ath Dept's freedoms are limited given the sea of political bureaucracies within the universities and slew of outside influences affecting their real decision making powers for high profile games or plans.

I would...actually I'd be in a state of shock. There are many accomplished coaches out there more exciting.... Heck, Aranda hasn't even head-coached a game yet, and he doesn't know a lick about offense... Charlie Strong was the same kind of coach and it sure didn't work out well for him. Unless you surround yourself with competent teaching coaches, with them being great recruiters then you are doomed for failure at a place like Texas.

It is the most obvious thing ever that A&M fans on this site were denied acceptance to The University of Texas.

You do realize that the vast majority of students at both schools applied to and were accepted to both, right?

What grown-arse man uses the word adorable in a sentence, except aggy?

This is false. aggy accepts 71% of applicants. Texas takes less than 40%. The Longhorns aren’t a diploma mill.
It isn’t close.
Or were you hoping no one had a computer with the ability to search for easily findable facts?

Both schools are a bunch of pussies; therefore, a game that should happen, won’t happen. It takes two pussies to NOT tango on this dance floor.

Because aggy isn’t that good either and would demolish their psyche if they do what they’ve always done to Texas.....Lose to them.

Also, just look up a reply or two.....texag talking about his friends’ salaries.........again

Yet another who doesn't understand the difference between accepted and enrolled.

Here's a hint. 100% of all enrolled students were accepted but a much lower percentage of those who were accepted enroll.

Oh, speaking of discriminatory and racist admission standards:

Honestly, can Aggy just move back to the B12 already? Separating them from Texas was never going to work long term.

Could anyone picture Alabama and Auburn not playing in the same conference? MSU and OM?

The SEC should have never accepted a team with that baggage. LSU is just A&M’s rebound.
LSU can do better than A&M. I hear Mizzou is tired of their Arkansas rivalry.

From 1908-1947, Alabama and Auburn refused to play each other.

Ole Miss and MSU refused to play each other for a while too.

1947 is a long arse time ago.

If you're so upset about it, go contact the administrations of both schools.

I'm sure Michael Young will take a break from trying to destroy A&M to respond to your inquiry.
