Your post lost all credibility with that sentence alone. Looking at the recruiting since Herman took over proves your claim is false. Texas has been recruiting elite talent the last 3/4 years. Texas issue terrible playcalling not recruiting hell they signed top three recruiting classes in 18 & 19. I believe Herman just hired a new OC and DC we will see if that will make Texas finally turn the corner.
