Came down to BAMA and 10rc out of high school.
Believe it was Lupoi that was recruiting him and he left before signing day for another job.

I’d imagine it will be right by August 2021 though.
Assuming good health, Alabama’s poised to have the best starting LB group they’ve ever had under Saban. Everyone moves well too…not many stiffs like Trey DePriest in this group.

Do transfers count against the 25? I thought they only counted against the 85. Alabama has had some players transfer out, so there is plenty of room on the 85.

I admittedly do not know or pretend to know the nuances of "back counting" or other work arounds to the existing/emerging rules that are affected by the new transfer rules and the 25 signing cap.
That said, I am more than certain Saban and his army of staffers and analysts fully understand them and where every bit of grey space to exploit the rule to a university's advantage exists.
Sometimes in life, you just have to accept that others are better and smarter, and the rules can change and impact your success. You can wring your hands or roll your sleeves up, but you can't do both at the same time. Saban simply always chooses the latter.
