Alright been thinking on this for while after Bama and I gotta say 9-3 IS NOT whar we were sold for the year and A&M needs to make some moves
Jimbo has things better then Sumlin but anyone not day drunk 24/7 could do that. Bjork got Ole Piss relevant again and should not be a challenge here. Im thinking make a run at Joe Brady or baby Briles and kick start the offense into a winner overnight. Neither of those is turning down $1M and we would match Bama / LSU on offense. Goal is win the west people and we gotta make some moves to get there.
Just my 2 cents

I highly recommend the Ross Bjork path to football relevance.
It'll end in SPLENDID fashion

Why would either of them take a job demotion to go work for a cult school?

You are in the 2nd year of a coaching move in the SEC west. Jimbo needs some more players. A coaching move is USUALLY a 3-4 even 5 year thing.
Only thing surprising about the game Sat was Aggies not trying and having a lot of success running the ball straight up the gut on Bama since that is where they have babies after the injuries. Ole Miss ran on them some and so did USC. Ag's threw it with some success but UA's older, experienced players on the defensive front play outside and they teed off some on the QB. Obviously I know crap about what is going through a coach's head. But if I'm a defensive coach with 5 freshmen starters and 4 of them are defensive tackles and inside linebackers I'm pleased if you don't attack there. Again I know zero, just saw the stats after the game. A and M moved the ball but it was throwing mostly. And Bama got 5 sacks.

Fisher is the OC. Period. And nobody is going after Brady as OC. He will have HC offers

Objectively speaking, nobody is getting Joe Brady out of LSU, A&M least of all. Only team with a chance probably is Bama...
Brady is the "passing game coordinator", assistant to the OC, Ensminger. Ensminger, on multiple occasions, has stated he does NOT want to be the OC, he's only doing it to help out.
He's grooming Brady this season; he's the safety net if Brady wasn't ready yet. At this point, it's pretty clear he is. So Brady will be the OC next year in title, salary etc.
As for any other school poaching him:
Jimbo at A&M is an offensive guy. He would say something like "I think you have a lot of good ideas and would like to incorporate some of them yada yada etc etc..."
Orgeron is not an offensive guy, he's saying "do your thing. The offense is yours"
It would be like Aranda working under Saban- it would still be Saban's defense, he'd tell him to shut up in the office if Aranda brought up too many things that change what he's doing.
If the LSU situation develops like it's looking, we're going to have Orgeron administrating the program, with Brady running the offense and Aranda running the defense. O dealing with the paperwork, and basically being a fan on the sidelines with occasional veto power. Interesting dynamics.

Jimbo isn't Bjork's guy. You have to assume he's going to kick Jimbo's arse to the curb as soon as it's palatable to the aggy brass given how bad he's doing.

Look at what Brady's quick strike offense has done to LSU's proud defensive tradition and try to imagine what it would do to paper-soft Aggy.

Y’all would be 5th or 6th best team in the Big 12 this year.

Go back to 2014 change Brady for Chief. You were convinced he was the sole reason LSU football was any good.
You can't make this shite up.

This is why A&M is so hated. You guys thing you can buy your way into being a great program. You can’t. It takes hard work and commitment from everybody to take it to the next level.
Enjoy mediocrity.
