Hate seeing the “opt outs” on the sideline.

Watching the players who opt out and hang their “teammates” out to dry standing on the sideline with the team’s jersey on is inexplicable. It’s the most “frick-you, me, me, me” thing I can imagine. I fully understand why they opt out but they have decided that they are no longer part of the team. Buy a fricking ticket and pay your way like every other fan.

Some of the teams let them dress out all the way.

If I’m the coach, I wish them the best and tell them they can buy a ticket.

Yeah, that's whack. They get to participate bin the festivitiesvand get the perks without having to play

Unless they are injured or a first round pick, I agree...

Only loser programs have opt outs

frick every opt out player. You know they will regret it in 5 years when they have likely faded out of the NFL and are begging their college town for a job because that's the only place they have a name. Especially if you took money.

frick the first round pick shite too outside of QB’s in certain situations (like JD this year). They’ve played hundreds of games and had thousands of practices to get to this point and made it just fine. Probably statistically more at risk driving to the game than playing in it. Play for the fricking team that gave you the shot to be a first round pick.

PSU's offensive lineman that opted out was dressed in full pads on the sidelines.

Imagine being a player who did NOT opt out.
And playing your guts out. And struggling.
And seeing the "opt outs" on your sideline, maybe even cheering you on.
As they PROVE you and the team and the program are NOTHING compared to their potential draft status.

frick all that. Quitting on your brothers? Buy a ticket or watch it on TV, and don’t try coming around the team. You aren’t part of it.

The team members that played should take turn kicking the others in the balls. They got left out to dry..
