This is dumb. The XRPL is the replacement for the current SWIFT system.
Ripple just bought Hidden Road and they will probably get the Circle deal done soon. They will effectively be their own banking system then. American made, efficient, ISO 20022 compliant. Once the SEC case is officially settled and the new laws are in place, they should both see great returns.
That said, I wouldn’t sell XLM for XRP. They are two different utilities. Both with terrific use cases and you will do well to accumulate about 10k of each. Then let it ride.

The difference is that they aren’t trying to plow through bureaucratic barriers so they can put the stolen tech to work. Just got back from Dubai last night. If you want to see what can be built with realistic regulations take a look at the time lapse of that place since 2016.

Conservative here. Bought a Model 3 long before Musk supported Trump or bought twitter or any of that. Don’t believe EVs should be mandated, but mine is fun as hell to drive and super convenient. Liberals are retarded. Maybe they’ll all sell their precious Teslas for cheap to get rid of the stain of Elon, and other folks who arent political about every thing can enjoy them.
I’m with you 100%. My favorite libtard recently was Alyssa Milano getting rid of her Tesla because she didn’t want “to be associated with Nazis.” She replaced it with a….wait for it….Volkswagen. Literally built for actual Nazis. :rotflmao:

But he fricked up with that H1B Tweet-storm. That’s why he’s being distanced from the administration.

The short version is that XRP is the intermediate currency in a super high speed cross border exchange platform. That platform allows institutional sized exchanges to occur in milliseconds at a minute fraction of the cost of SWIFT. That’s why all of the buying action over the last 3 months has been largely institutional or governmental and the price has been artificially suppressed through off-exchange direct buying. That’s also why Ripple launched RLUSD stablecoin and created the platform for RLEUR and other CBDC stablecoins.
XRP, because it is finite, is priced at whatever the need for liquidity is. So, a $1M transaction will need 1,000,000 XRP @ $1 or 1,000 @$1,000. That’s what will drive the price of XRP. That’s an oversimplification but is directionally correct.
Trump and team met with the Ripple CEO often over the last 6 months and as recently as last week at Mar a Lago. It’s also completely transparent and all of the players are known so it’s probably going to be part of the “American Digital Asset Reserve” Trump has been talking about.

No, it’s not. It’s the exchange medium that provides liquidity for cross border exchanges at an institutional volume.

Anything can go up, Fartcoin is a great example.
I’m always amazed that people will bash XRP without understanding even the basic utility of it. This isn’t a meme coin pump. It’s a ton of liquidity from institutional investors flowing in and it’s just the start.

Utility crypto is a good place to start since there are actual uses for this in a new digital financial system going forward. There are a few good investments still available: XRP, XLM, XDC, HBAR, etc.
Meme coins are straight up gambling and “the house” pulls the rug out most of the time.
BTC is a store of value (like gold). Good growth potential but not explosive.
Best advice is start searching tutorials (not clickbait) on YouTube.
Also, if you do end up holding a decent amount (to you) of crypto, take it out of the exchanges and into a cold wallet.
*not financial advice, do your own research*
