Listen to me very carefully:

NOBODY DESERVES TO GO TO PRISON FOR POISONING 2 frickING TREES. Trees that have been dying for years now. Why the frick do you think he deserves to go to prison for this?

It's not like he crop dusted your campus. Fertilizers and poison run off into sewers and retention ponds all the time. You are vastly overstating what he did if you are gonna bring that up.

Are you forgetting that he INTENTIONALLY disbursed the herbicide (poison) into a POPULATED area.

This is actually much more than killing trees or a fricking football rivalry. Think about our legal system and the consequences that could arise if he IS NOT charged on the FEDERAL LEVEL for the INTENTIONAL misuse of federally regulated herbicide . Failure to charge him could possibly be used in the future, with this case being used to establish a precedence.

If you can't understand the consequences of his actions, perhaps you too are "just too full of Bama."

IDC If he released it in Times square, you are vastly exaggerating the effects and tendencies of the fricking poison.

Have you got an outdoor cat? I'm thinking about changing the antifreeze in one of my cars.

Not exaggerating a fricking thing, just pointing out that he INTENTIONALLY misused a product regulated by the EPA. Can you not comprehend the difference?

You'd send a man to prison for poisoning a couple trees?
he broke multiple laws endangering thousands of civilians and then bragged about it on national radio - yes i would

Note that this occurred prior to the courts allowing him to leave the State of Alabama while on bail, so the Alabama Superfan just incriminated himself with that comment

He could say the same thing if a guy from Louisiana visited Alabama and happened to recognize him.

I don't think I'll ever go to another Alabama game. People recognize me in Louisiana. Guy walked over to us and said, 'You're Al from Dadeville.' I didn't have anything Alabama on.

What part of the above quote do you have trouble comprehending, or are just outright ignorant?

A week out of high school? Not even close. And i dont care if you, him, or cam newton went and cut down a tree in a national park. Its not a valid reason to send someone to prison

As he should. But putting this guy in federal prison for poisoning two dying trees is a little over the top to me.

No flame, I'm just curious. If someone, somehow, destroyed your coach staues, should they go to prison, and why or why not?
