I have no doubt in my mind that if Bear Bryant were alive today, and professed his bi-curious tendencies at a private dinner with Harvey Updyke... Harvey Updyke would suck the Bear dry right under the dinner table without hesitation.

Basically a barner got on facebook and messaged Updyke saying he had an extra ticket to the game. He called Updyke to set things up. Updyke ends up leaving the city after Saturday night because he was being hassled by fans. At the end of the video it shows the guy messaging Updyke telling him it was a prank. Pleasantries were exchanged and it ended with a voicemail from Updyke about killing the trees.

Harvey's trial may start next week... The meltdown will be epic when he gets acquited or the case ends in a hung jury.
We know his defense strategy... What we do not know is the evidence the state has... If the state can not prove he was in the area or puchased Spike80-DF, he walks... then he will be back on Fbaum...

I wish people would leave Harvey alone. He did nothing wrong. He doesn't deserve to be made into a pariah. Poor guy.

He just poisoned a coupe of trees. Granted, it was a total dick move on his part, but Mike Vick was slaughtering dogs left and right and he only got a couple years. Give his arse probation, fine him a shite ton, and make him plant a shite ton of ugly oak trees all over Lee County wearing a Cam Newton jersey. It would humiliate him because everyone could take pictures of him in a Cam Newton jersey, which if he is such an insecure prick as most Auburn fans think he is, he might kill himself before being out in the public under court order helplessly at the discretion of an random Auburn fan's desire to take a photo. If not, then he will realize how fricking childish it is to devote every deep emotional aspect of your life to being a fan of the fricking Crimson Tide.

Trees were ugly anyhow. Just my opinion. Plus, they didn't put up any kind of fight, soooo...
