Well the guy who poisoned the "treaty Oak" got 9 years for criminal mischief.... As a Texan, did you have a problem with that... I mean it was just a tree...
I Hope Updykes serves about 90 days... His actions make me want him to stay longer, but I think he should serve time...

So someone poisoned a tree in Austin that is on Baylor street... and got 9 years?
I guarantee the judge wasn't an Aggie.

Any judge that gives someone 9 years for poisoning a tree is stupid. Also
Obviously that guy is insane. Psych ward for 9 years, maybe. Not prison. shite Updyke maybe should go to one too, anyone that in love with Alabama has to have a screw loose. Still, the man doesn't deserve to be anally raped in a federal prison. That makes no sense.
