Schiano was dropped on Tennessee fans yesterday like a bomb, no balloon was floated to gauge reaction or to give fans proper time to asses the situation and get more facts.

would you want to be treated like Schiano? Good Lord! somebody said somebody else told him that Schiano saw Sandusky in a shower. and this recollection was recalled 15 years later. Schiano says it didn't happen and the guy who was quoted saying schiano told him that says the conversation never happened.
15 years later. If you were Schiano or Bradley, would you admit you knew something ?
According to other reports, Schiano wasn't mentioned in reports or deposed.
IMO, anyone around Sandusky during that time period should have been deposed.
It wasn't once, not even twice........45 counts. He is serving a 440 year sentence.
Do you really believe only one person ever saw anything ?
Or do you believe only one person was human enough to say something?

He was pretty brazen about it. Read up.

Well let's be serious here, you guys are never getting Gruden and now you're not getting a legit hire for a good time because they will see Tennessee as an unstable place to be. This situation is gonna hurt Tennessee for years.

Add Bruce Feldman, Ryen Russillo, Dan Patrick, Paul Finebaum, Will Cain, Booger McFarland to list of people who think Tennessee fans are full of shite.

No he didn't.
Correct. He didn’t state that in his testimony but he did say that he had second hand knowledge that Schiano had witnessed Sandusky in a shower with a boy in a deposition. Do you think that Schiano or the coach that told mcqueary this would ever admit this after the fact? Hell no so why are people so eager to believe that they are telling the truth. Perhaps lawyers sat them down and told them that there was no evidence of thisand that if they ever admitted this, not only would their careers be over but they may be prosecuted for not reporting it. That is not outside the realm of possibility.

Did Urban run a clean program at Florida?
Did McQueary commit perjury when he testified that Schiano witnessed Jerry in the showers?

Again, someone testified that Schiano did witness it.
Maybe we should try a different example for those of you who are too stupid to understand....
I can testify that Joe the Plumber told me that Cas4t sucks cock. Joe the plumber can later say he did not say that and cas4t can say he doesn't do that but by your reasoning you must be a cocksucker.

Schiano should hire a dozen top lawyers and sue the university and collect that $20M that Currie tossed out. Then sue for defamation and collect another $20M.

Of course CGS has to worry about his next gig (if ever) and getting sue happy against a university won't sit well with the next one. Best for him and Currie to agree on a settlement and move on.
As for suing Clay Travis for libel...I'd say Clay had better lawyer up; Greg is going in dry!

Schiano isn’t coming to Tennessee. You can go back to not really caring about allegations of sexual assault now vol fans.

Schiano was at Penn State from 1991-1995. McQuery became a GA in 2000. In his 2011 deposition McQuery said Coach Bradley told him Schiano said he saw something and went to Paterno with it. Bradley was then deposed and said he didn't recall ever talking with McQuery about that and didn't recall Schiano telling him that. The DA deposed Schiano and he said he never saw anything like that. The DA never used the info.

What's funny about this Tennessee situation is that nobody fricking knows. Nobody knows a motherfricking thing on this board. About anything, really. Much less what happened at Penn State, or Tennessee or any other school for that matter. Nobody. fricking. Knows.

I do not think Schiano was ever deposed.
And to my knowledge, the Bradley deposition that was made public was the one involved in the civil case filed the Penn State insurer.
Not saying you are incorrect, but that is my understanding.

We went through the whole investigation and trial on another board. A Penn State grad/player/booster kept us up to date on what was going on inside the program and a former TV sports guy now in private consulting followed the local news stations. We carried a thread for over 2 years with info.
