Auburn would have beat Oklahoma as bad as USC did. USC- Auburn game would have been a great one. I saw Herbie at an ESPN party at the College Football HALL OF FAME banquet. He was defending his pick of Oklahoma over Auburn. Most people were laughing at him and one called him an idiot. Was funny.

And George, you would be only a few that would mention him.

Some great defenses of all time.

Usc would of beat auburn as bad as they beat ou, the two years prior they skull fecked auburn. Lsu 2003 would of been castrated by Pete as well. They got lucky to get a slap fight with ou instead of a massacre by sc

I'd probably lean more towards Petrino.

I don’t think he ever will unless he takes over a completely built team.
He doesn’t recruit, he is an a-hole, and his ego always gets in the way of success.

Whether it be not allowing defense to actually go against the offense, or sticking his dick in anything.
After about year 5 it seems his teams flop and the next coach is spent building them up again.

Well that's just wrong

In 2002 USC threw a TD with 2 min left in the game to break a tie and win...in LA

Maybe get your arse checked for Alzheimer's or do some frickin research before you post stupid shite.

False. 2003 they beat the crap out of Auburn but 2002 was a one score game. Anyone acting like a rematch in 2004 would have been a blowout for either team is being a homer. I think it would have been a great game. USC had a monster offense and Auburn had the best defense in the country along with the best backfield in the country.

It’s funny to hear the narrative of “they beat you bad the prior year so you shouldn’t get to play them again” from bama fans

Laughable. Pat finished exactly ONE time ranked in the AP top 5 at number 3.

Pat is the most overrated coach in SEC history.

Did I miss an AP top 5 finish?

Or do you think Shug is more overrated?

No I just think you are mentally disabled.

I think that's a pretty common opinion in these parts.
