Sure I do.
Waddle doesn't score without the facemask but luckily for Alabama, his facemask was grabbed and he was thrown out into the open field away from the congestion he was headed into.
It isn't that difficult

Nebraska 1971 was pretty damn dominant.

I’m genuinely puzzled at anyone’s insistence that 2020 Alabama have any consideration as an all time great. They didn’t play a full season.
The Dodgers winning percentage prorates to 116 wins and they sped through the playoffs
No one is comparing them to the 27 Yankees because they didn’t play a full season. The comparison would clearly be absurd.
I have to laugh when a large percentage of a fan base finds their only identity with “their team” and hence insist on some sort of continuing recognition.

Alabama played more P5 teams than most teams do in a year.
So basically your claim is that Alabama shouldn't be considered is because they didn't play a cupcake FCS and some crappy G5 team.

Better Defense: 2020 Alabama
Didn’t they give up 40+ points twice?

Better Schedule difficulty:
What kind of fricking retarded wording is this?

Also, LSU in 2019 faced tougher defenses.

Take it up with ESPN.

It’s going to be hilarious in about 5 years now when college football is back to completely normal and this annual ESPN recency bias wears off. Then some other random ESPN bro makes another Greatest Teams list and probably drops 2020 Alabama lower.

Well, College Football News ranked 150 college football national championship seasons and Bama 2020 was pretty high (tied for 17th). I mean, LSU was still ranked #1 by far, but Bama did pretty good to get that high on the list considering all the COVID opt outs, COVID+ players who had to miss games, lack of fans, etc.
College Football News Ranks LSU #1

Yes it is. 2019 LSU beat 7 top 10 teams and the top 4 defenses in the country in reg season play 2019
Outside PLAY OFF & NC. Roll Tide hasn’t beaten 7 top 10 teams in probably last 4 years or more (didn’t look it up)

I 2020 Alabama and 2018 Clemson are the only teams listed who beat 13 Power Five teams. I
SO, what were those teams rankings at the time ?
Not all top 10 .....

Three wins by single digits?
Definitely not the greatest team of all time.
Fifth, at best.
Outside play off & NC. Roll Tide hasn’t beaten 7 top 10 teams in 4 or 5 seasons.

The same UT team that went 5-4 in the Big 12, with a near loss to 3-9 Kansas?
Injuries destroyed Texas all season, by the end of the season their secondary was depleted, that does not count dl and lb.
Injuries in a season can add up quick if it hits 1 spot, but Texas was down a number of players.

This is incorrect. LSU had 6 in the top 13, 7 in the top 25 and 5 of the top 8.
Eta: I stand corrected. I thought Auburn was #13 in the AP poll. But, they were #14.

Lsu may or may not have been the GOAT single season, but those rankings are pure garbage.
Way too many 1800s-early 1900s Ivy league Champs in top 20.
Nebraska absolutely has a claim to the GOAT season and they aren't in the top 10.
2011 Alabama is at 50 with one of the best Ds of all time and historic BCS NCG win that ushered in the playoff era. I mean, I love the 2009 Bama team, but they are not a top 10 all time team.
Far too many 1 loss seasons in the top 10, especially 2014 OSU. They lost to a bad VT team. Yes, they had a good finish and postseason run with a backup QB, but that is not a top 5 team.
Garbage rankings are garbage.
