Georgia has looked like world beaters vs subpar competition. Chubb will face maybe the nastiest front 7 vs the run in the country and that QB won't have all day to sit back there. The Alabama defense is built to stop offenses like this.
It will come down to the Alabama offense and we have seen them vs a speedy defense with a pulse already. They managed to move the ball and score points.

I seem to recall Murray getting leveled helmet to helmet without a penalty being called. Bama, big surprise, was holding with impunity the entire first half.
As for the 2008 game, at one point, the penalties were 10-2 UGA to Bama. It was the fact that Bama was doing the same things that UGA was getting called for that I recall.
The PWG penalty meme is very real, especially post- Cocktail endzone party- which was still very worth it- just for the look on Meyer's face.
To this day, I have never seen another team called for a "stomping" penalty, for example.

I think it will be a good close game, but a turnover by Alabama will be the difference.
