Agreed. Not to mention, if other schools have football culture issues, I'll talk about them too. It just so happens UGA has some foundational cracks, so I find it interesting.

The SEC should thank their stars that Richt is the Head Coach of UGA. There is not another program in the league that has the potential to dominate the league as much as UGA. Their hires over the years can not be compared to Bama's, but they still have held the program down. I hope MR stays for a long time.

So how do we fix them? You're the expert.

Tell me more about the flaws in the inner workings of Georgia's program, since you seem to know so much about it.

Well that's the problem, we'll need a full inspection. The cracks are just outside evidence of an internal problem.

Like I've said previously, I think Richt has been there too long. Hopefully it's just a tired environment where everyone needs some fresh air. Could be something more nefarious, but I don't think so.

So when you say foundational cracks, you mean external cracks? Like what specifically makes up these cracks?

A full inspection? It's pretty clear. Kids screw up, we suspend them or kick them off. Seems pretty cut and dry to me.

he's won 3 out of every 4 games he's coached the past 13 years. Seems like if you wanna be thankful about something that's not really the right thing all things considered.

Except for bama and florida you're right I guess. Oh and if you listen to LSU fans they'll tell you they have more potential as well.

FTR, there are a few things that I believe to be "foundational" problems, but none of them are things that would be fixed by getting rid of Richt

For the love of Pete, can't we stop this shite? I've never been so ready for the start of the season.

Why? I'd think Richt is Auburn's biggest nemesis since he's been at UGA.

He's basically saying, "I don't know shite, but I like to talk shite to UGA fans to get a rise out of them."

This could be accurate.

I do think UGA has some issues due to size and the increasingly transplanted student body and fan base, but that's a lot of attempted rustling for one day

I can only remember him beating one superior AU team during that run. UGA should be a top 5 in recruiting every year, just by recruiting the state of GA. They should be a top 5 program every years, based on recruiting and facilities. The only other in-state school is GT, which has their own limits. When UGA wins a big game, you never think Richt just outcoached the other side. It is usually because of the talent differential.

You're extremely ignorant if you think our only competition is Georgia Tech. We have 5 big time schools all within a few hours of the Georgia border.

So we're not good at recruiting but we're beating good teams in big games because we have more talent. The frick is going on in that brain of yours?

Guy has a point, but Richt isn't coaching our players full time, or calling the plays. We have coordinators for that.

UGA should be able to hand pick the in-state talent. Nobody is saying they are not getting the talent, they are just not getting what you would expect from the State University without any in-state competition.

Again, UGA is getting talent. It would be hard not to in GA. They are just not very good against teams with equal talent. That is were coaching usually steps in. UGA Fans can not accept that they have underachieved over the years. That is why it is hard for them to watch what AU has done over the last few years.

So a guy like Raekwon McMillan, who had his mind made up to go to ohio state, and no school in the region had a shot... We should have hand picked him?
