Tcu was a damn good team that just ran into one of the best teams of the last 50 years. Nothing really more to it than that

Michigan choked epically. They had two 4th & Goals that they didn't convert. That's six points they left off the board right there if they had just gone for the chip shot field goals. And keep in mind they only lost by six. Then you had the two egregious pick sixes by JJ McCarthy and the fumble at the goal line that TCU recovered for a touchback.
Bottom line...Michigan giftwrapped that game for TCU.

I’ve seen The Aggies choke games away, but that Michigan choke was epic.

Michigan had the better team, but TCU played them tough. It wasn't a cheap win. Both teams had 3 turnovers and Michigan had the penalty advantage. I think part of the problem was that TCU's team got cocky after beating undefeated Michigan. Then Georgia played violent smash mouth football like they'd never experienced.
Michigan gave up 488 yards to TCU, second only to the 492 yds they gave up to Ohio State. Georgia gave up 188. TCU sacked Michigan's QB 4 times; they had zero sacks against Georgia. Michigan sacked TCU's QB one time, Georgia sacked TCU's QB 5 times. TCU average 6.41 yards per rushing attempt vs Michigan, 1.29 YPC against Georgia. TCU vs Michigan was a football game. TCU vs UGA was a massacre.

That was one of the only championship events that I watch that I turned off before halftime.

Georgia outgained Ohio State 533 yds to 467. Georgia had one turnover that led to a short field TD for OSU, and Georgia had twice as many penalty yds. Ohio State was lucky the officials didn't call their offensive line for tackling the entire game, or the outcome wouldn't have been in doubt by the 4th quarter.

Define “very makable”. Ohio’s States miss was from 50 yards, I’d say that’s a 55% chance.
Georgia missed a 47 yard fg and a 52 yard fg earlier in the game.
Ohio state was lucky to be even attempting to win

Nothing about that kick was easy. Insane pressure moment.
Also, We missed more FG’s than they did in that game.

I even had a couple of Buckeye fan friends of mine ADMITTED this to me the next day. They said their OL held UGA's DL all night long and never got called. The game probably wouldn't even have been that close.

We had SCarolina down 31-0 after the opening second half drive. Kirby let off the gas. But last game of the year, was no reason to do it then.
Plus, he probably was still thinking about Sonny Dykes bragging about how they didn't play any cupcakes in November.

So why did they not win every game by 50+? That is very bad logic.....Was very obvious TCU was no match at all. Kirby smacked them around for even making him waste his time playing them. I mean he has not even beaten UF that bad, and we suck and Kirby hates us.

Speaking of bad logic. The transitive property of football scores is meaningless but even if you use that illogical method, Michigan would've been no match for Georgia because they lost to TCU.
