Last year Fields would make one read and then tuck the ball. He wasn't ready last year

Y’all didn’t play him, ever. And when you did it was a run. Greatly misused one of the most talented players to ever step foot on your campus.

He had 8 TDS. 4 passing 4 running.
He had 39 pass attempts and 42 rushing attempts.

Many of the rushes were of the “one look and run” variety.

The fact his sister plays softball for us and he actually wanted to return to UGA says the race thing was a joke.

Typical UGA racist trash always trying to justify their behavior by saying “it’s a joke.” I bet you use the ole “I have black friends” justification as well.

My god please he had 708 TDS with 81 plays?

So a TD every 10 plays?

Y’all just let him go....damn....

Justin got homesick a few days later and called his dad and said he wanted to go back. His dad told him to think about it and he met some friends the next day and decided to stay. He left because he didn't like that they put him in primarily run plays or 1 read plays. They have Fromm and well we got the better player lol.

I’m pretty sure we wanted him to stay. He has definitely improved (he was good last year) and may well have beaten Fromm out to start this year if he’d have stayed. Fromm certainly hasn’t been as good this year, but the WR issue is real.

It was a dumb decision. But he's not at Florida so there's that.

your being honest with yourself do you really think Jake was better than Justin? I mean watch them play. I wonder if he got pissed that he was beating out Jake and not playing

I think Fromm was a better fit for UGA’s Offense and fields for OSU. The ppl acting like fields would be putting up the same numbers he is in OSU’s offense at UGA are being disingenuous or just stupid.

Lmao, keep telling yourself that. It's ok, most casual fans like yourself don't really keep up with recruiting.

I agree that Fromm is a better fit for the offense UGA wants to run. The big caveat here being that the offense UGA wants to run is much less effective than what tOSU runs.

It's likely that since Ohio State's O line is better than Georgia's, Fields hasn't felt the need to get happy feet like he did when he was there.

Also, don't discount that the Buckeyes have some damn good receivers, too.

Fields is comfortable at Ohio State, and Ryan Day is pretty good at getting the best out of his QBs, all that helps.

Because Justin Fields is a little diva bitch who still hasn't faced a defense worth a shite this season.

Dude was caught on tape bitching last season about playing time in like week 3, despite coming in knowing he would be behind Fromm.

When he did get in, he did pretty well against scrubs. When he got in and faced any pressure whatsoever, he choked. Took sacks, missed open looks, happy feet...he looked like a guy who sure as shite shouldn't be walking around all cocky like he should be given the QB1 spot. His performances against SEC teams was awful (statistically).

Then he had the nerve to play the race card to get immediate eligibility via the portal to start at OSU while, as others have pointed out, it was such a racist atmosphere that his sister still plays softball at UGA.

I usually don't root against these college kids but frick Justin Fields. I can't wait to see him go up against UGA or Clemson's defense.

I agree, but I also think coley and the young receivers are also to blame.

I take solace in watching him do the same shite under pressure at OSU as he did at UGA...it's just that he so rarely faces pressure because of the shitty B10, y'all just don't see it yet.

I think he's either a shitty person or listens to shitty people. I was actually glad he left because he was quickly becoming a cancer.

Yep, just looking at him running that offense is a thing of beauty...He has weapons everywhere, and I mean everyone, plus their O-line is excellent. Kid ran into a perfect situation. Plus, he wanted to play for Ryan Day who made Haskins what he was, and what Fields is today.

He is not... from everything I've read and seen on the internet now he is a level-headed good kid.
