Actually, Fields would be at Florida right now, sitting at 11-0 if it wasn't for Kirby. I am ok with it.

Don't worry, after Burrow leaves it will be back to mediocre offense for LSU.

Honestly, he believed that he could go in day one and beat out Fromm and Eason. Fromm was the entrenched starter who could run the offense Kirby wants better. Maybe Fields would have beaten him out if he stayed this year. But he had a bad attitude about it and a friend of the family is tight with OSU coaches and put the bug in their ear about transferring. It's worked out well for both teams and players. I have no ill will towards him and wish him the best of luck except when he plays UGA which hopefully will happen this year.

I don't think so. It'll be a few years before any records get broken again, but the new scheme has as much to do with it as the quarterback. LSU will still be a threat in 2020 and will be a monster in 2021.

I mean, I've heard mostly good things from him in regards to being a person. Great kid, very bright and polite. He's one of the best players in the nation so I can see why he's arrogant.

Last year Fields would make one read and then tuck the ball. He wasn't ready last year
