Not sure why you would say that...Tennessee started to play some physical football behind Pruitt. Only thing I've seen Gus do, in his time, is try and implement the same darn offensive schematic regardless of personnel.

It is sarcasm because Tennessee beat Auburn last year...

Here is a 5 years study done on player development that was written last week.

LINK

There is a reason we moved on from Mark Richt. All of the guys in the sample are Mark Richt players.

"247Sports examined the first five years of Top247 data in order to determine how top programs nationally have developed four and five-star players. Those classes, 2010-14, span a full spectrum of eligibility across a five-year period. There are some holdouts from the 2014 class (fifth-year seniors). For the most part, however, the 1,235 prospects have exhausted their eligibility or filtered out of college football."

The 2014 class alone Kirby was able to develop several of the higher ranked guys close to where they should have been.

Lorenzo Carter - 247 NATL 18, 2018 66th pick
Sony Michel - 247 NATL 20, 2018 31st pick
Nick Chubb - 247 NATL 33, 2018 35th pick
Isaiah Wynn - 247 NATL 110, 2018 23rd pick
Lamont Galliard - 247 NATL 144, 2019 179th pick (switched from Dline to Oline)
Isaiah Mckenzie - 247 NATL 296 2017 172nd pick

@thirdlawson, you will be singing a different tune when you see the draft class for 2020 by UGA. Those will almost all have been recruited under Kirby and weren't done in a short cycle (under 2 months) like the 2016 class early entrants you referenced in the post.

It's nice to play Auburn every year. Does that count?

Mecole Hardman didn't have position coming out of high school and he went in round 2.

He is a great example of proper development.

Behold - another aub destroyed and become mentally deranged per Georgia.

And, oh yeah, D'Andre Swift says Hi. Enjoy watching your entire defense escort him into the end zone for the third straight year.

Is it Kirby's fault these players got bad advice on going pro a year early? Both Holyfield and Natua would have been better off with another year, if they didn't believe that it's on them
