This is kind of a stupid point. UGA fans made that point when Bama fans had their "injury excuse tour" (which they're still kind of on because the results this year haven't allowed them to say "forget last year, we're better than UGA now")
Let me give you a little explanation... excuses are for when you lose. When you win, nothing you say is an excuse... because you won.
UGA doesn't make excuses for the NCG or the entire 2021 season. We won. Explaining that just like Bama, UGA had injuries isn't an excuse when you won. It's simply robbing the other party of their excuse.

I don't see why it's a knock against UGA to have learned from one of the most successful coaches in history. It seems everyone has tried to do the same thing, but to lesser degrees of success.

It's weird. Before they finally beat us last year, UGA fans on here were a pretty cool bunch. They posted about their team, poked fun at Gators and Aubs, and for the most part were pretty level-headed (for this place, at least).
But now, after they finally beat us? They literally do not post about anything other than Alabama. Everything is either about the NC and SECCG games last year, or about how stat X shows that Bama is on the decline this year. Even posts where they trump up their own team have to do it in comparison to Alabama. We aren't their rival. It's bizarre. It's like reaching the top made them feel even more in our shadow.

I've seen many threads over the past several months and weeks that attempted to put an asterisk on Georgia's win by saying over and over again that it was only because Alabama was without its best receivers, and if only those two guys were able to play, it would have been a repeat of the SECCG, and Alabama would have won another national championship.
I honestly find it strange that so many attacks would be leveled against UGA fans in such a way, and then more attacks to follow about being insecure when those fans attempt to respond.
Yes, there are a few UGA fans that enjoy trolling Bama fans and others here, but it's been my experience that most UGA fans on these boards are level-headed and reasonable. I recall seeing many threads and posts from other team fans that had been surprised by the level of coolness from UGA posters compared to how they were expected to react from winning a championship, or compared to how other teams' fans have reacted in the past.
My suggestion? Take the plank out of your own eye before trying to remove the speck from your neighbor's.
