I would bet money that if Kirby hadn't coached at BAMA and already gone on multiple occasions, UGA would be going. It probably seems boring and even a pain in the arse to him given all the security measures but for a lot of college kids it would be a highlight. They don't care who is in office one way or the other.

It’s gonna be another 40+ years before the win another Nc. Pure disrespect to the great nation of America and a selfish political ploy by Georgia staff to not allow the players to meet with the president of the United States and to have dinner at the White House .

LSU went days after winning.
The logistics of trying to get 105 players and 80 staff back to Athens to fly to DC isn’t feasible. Don’t understand how they couldn’t have found a date sooner for them.
