Sets a bad precedence. It’s safe to assume that most of the players are Democrat, so when a Republican is in office and these same players decline…they will be considered as un-American by the majority on this board and media! It’s distasteful and disappointing to have players used as political pawns when it’s convenient for others. This is one tradition that should be void of political borders!

I’m sure that it’s boring and crap, but Suck it up and go have your free dinner and photo opt and go home.

To be fair, plenty of championship teams refused to visit the Trump WH.

I just don’t think a sports team should refuse regardless of the party. Respect the office of the President. I hated it when teams refused under Trump. And I hate it now.

Lol, to act like they can't take them up for the day because they are too busy in the middle of June is laughable. That said, F Biden and I'll pretend it's a middle finger to our corrupt/inept gov and for the first time pretty much ever (except when they rallied around that paralyzed guy) I'll say good on UGA.

Georgia voted red in 2022 for governor, by a staggering 10 points over the blue challenger, Stacy Abrams.

And that was after he signed the Heartbeat Bill, and that was after he signed Constitutional Carry.

Georgia is still a red state. It's just not a Trump state

How dare you state facts on tRant.

Georgia is still very much a red state on the local/state levels. Both houses are GOP controlled.Nationally it's purple.

Now do Governor, State Senate, State house, and State Supreme Court.

Exactly…
GA lost two Senate seats because the GOP (perhaps thanks to voters like you) nominated two bat shite crazy candidates.

Vs a fake meat processed version of that, but with no value or taste. Odd choice.
