I have heard that Fields is still struggling with the playbook, but his talent is obvious to the coaches and the players. Looks like Fromm is the starter this year and Fields will see significant action. Next spring and summer will be most interesting.

Boy he regressed when he got into some mop up duty later on in the season, I mean he did some retard shite in a couple games

Fromm is a better "decision maker" and Fields is a better "athlete". Got it.

I didn't mean any disrespect to Fromm. But regardless of the reason, whether it be pressure from the DL or nerves, he was not the same confident QBs he read im the first half. When Bama ties the game, the cameras cut to him warming up. You can tell me his eyes and body that he is rattled seems he overthrows Swift on 3rd down.
I have a lot of respect for him and I think he has a bright future. But it is what it is.

In high school, Fields had a few costly fumbles when rushed. If Justin demonstrates good ball security he will play a lot. Fromm is the safe conservative starter but Fields is a better passer and a much better runner. Both QBs are good enough to excel in our league.

I was trying to complement Fromm but like most of you Georgia fans you want to be a dick
Hey, hey.......simma' down. We're not all assholes. Every team has theirs; you know this.
That said, appreciate the honest outsider assessment of From/Fields and I agree with you. Fromm is a gamer, no doubt. Job is his for some time to come, barring injury.
Good luck to you and looking forward to a great game in Jax.

As with all Freshman these practices between now and the start of the season will answer some questions. That Freshman wall the second half of fall practice separates the men from the boys. From everything I’ve heard, he is meeting the challenge. Another plus is he is not going to have to deal with the expectation of being the guy from day one.

I think if you tune in to the Austin Peay game and the 4th quarter, you will see how Fields is.
