Lots of good stuff coming out of camp. The job will probably be fromm's, but Fields will get playing time and experience. most think the real battle begins next year.

You should rewatch the game. Fromm made 2-3 mistakes all night against the best team in the country. That loss wasn’t on him, not even close.

He missed a bunch of short passes. You have to be able to complete those throws to stay out if 3rd and longs.
In every QBs defense, the Bama DL wore our OL down and Fromm was in a rush on almost every play. There was a lot of heat back there.

He CLEARLY regressed in the 3 plays he was in on against App St. before going down with injury. Duh.

You’re right I’m not certain he regressed, but the fact Fromm was able to beat him out means he wasn’t as good as we all thought out of high school. My apologies I shouldn’t have used regress.

A lot of you just don't get how special Fromm is. Probably because so much of it is intangibles and not what you see with your eyes. Highest football IQ coming out of high school that coaches have seen. Knows what the D is going to do before the D knows what it's going to do. Eason will do well at Washington and fully expect him to be their starter next season.

I’m pretty sure I said Fromm was better than Fields and had an amazing freshman year in this very thread but okay, you know exactly how I feel about Fromm. Jesus Christ.
