After they were forced to when Jalen looked like pure garbage in the first half of the NCG.

What is the best defense that Fields has seen?

Those Big 10 defenses are slow. Nebraska's defense was dreadful against OSU.

Coming from a fan of a team in the terrible ACC, you should know what shitty defenses are. LMAO

Protip: Kirby isn't an elite recruiter because recruits like his throat, he's an elite recruiter because he's at UGA and boosters opened their wallet and let the cash flow.

Whether you want to think that flow isn't going to recruits is fine, it 100% went to the recruiting budget.

Mullen would have had an extremely difficult time accomplishing that politically. He hasn't at Florida and has much more political capital there from his time with Urban.

No matter what happens during the next few years of Kirby's program, he has massively altered the program in a positive way. The infrastructure that was missing is now in place.

I’m sorry but I really think your wrong.. he may get drafted in the 2nd or 3rd round... I would not.. but he will not have a long NFL career.

If Fields were at UGA, our offense would open up a lot with him keeping the RPO 10 times a game. With Fromm, the defense isnt worried a bit about him keeping the ball for a long run because he never keeps it, and even if he did, he is as slow as a QB can be.
It does help and add another dimension but your QB doesn’t need to be a running threat to run the RPO man. Joe runs maybe 2-4 times a game and we run RPOs. Just have to make the read and be ready to thread a needle quickly.

What Bama and LSU play on offense.

Fields should have gotten a shot then. He might still be here if he had.

You must have forgotten that he transferred due to "racism"

It's honestly hard to say. I was shocked he came to UGA with an established starter already on campus and a system that obviously didn't cater to his capabilities. When he did play, he was awful. Now that may be because of the play calling, or maybe he just wasn't ready at the time. It really was a weird experiment. He sure looks good now though, and that's an understatement. The only reason UGA fans are mad at him now, is not that he left, but that he called us racists while doing so. I understand that he pretty much had to make up a reason to get the waiver, but calling Athens a racist and dangerous place while your own sister stays on campus as an athlete is a little much.

He completed 70% of his passes.

Had 4 TDs on 39 attempts and ran for 6 ypc with another 4 TDs.

That’s awful?

Fromms a great guy and all but Fields looks like a generational talent. Bama made the move from a Jalen to Tua. Do you wish y’all would have?

I’ll say as a 3rd party bystander, Justin Fields scares me a hell of a lot more than Jake Fromm.

I can't speak on it because there is a 48 hr cooling off period on the Georgia board for "melting" or a ban is will be proposed.

Fields was not a great fit for that old school offense. He made the right decision going to Ohio state in a modern spread RPO offense.

bullshite. When Fields came in he was effective as frick when Fromm wasn't moving the offense. Haskins only ran for 108 yards all of last year. Those are not Justin Fields type numbers but Ohio State catered to his talents, much like Georgia did the limited snaps he took here. UGA coaches knew how to use Fields but were committed to Fromm. I'm gonna always want the best talent we have to end this 1980 shite

99% of that was mop up. His percentages against even average competition were bad. Like I said, may not have been his fault because the play calling was conservative by even victorian standards, but if you watched the games, you'd know he looked clueless most of the time.
